I don't think you need to update sooner then 2 weeks for these updates. Life is a walk not a sprint. Also don't stress about the week to week weight loss, as the body fluctuates through out the week. Checking month to month worked for me better when I was working out a lot. Cheering for you!
As someone who works in fitness, I wouldn't worry about the weight not moving super fast. Your body will actually fight to hold onto weight at first when you start a bunch of new things and then it will start to drop off as long as you're consistent. I would say just stick to what you're doing for a month and then reevaluate.
For Pinterest don't try to item by item recreate. Instead go for inspiration. Instead of the skirt, you could've also went for jeans. Still bringing in that denim look. No white button up, try a plain white shirt. Personal style is really about trying different combinations that feel true to you. Good Luck❤

I mean she clearly went overboard with 1200-1300 calories, but it's something that happensnfast when you first get into dieting. Most do see it rather fast thou and as she said, adjust accordingly. In th me end you HAVE TO focus on calories in order to lose weight.

I am an architecture student and something that has helped with my posture is raising your desk or lowering your chair so that your head/eyes are aligned with your screen. Helps for back pain as well. That way you’re not hunching over your table and can look straight😊 But you’re doing such a great job!

Glad to see an imperfect start. Change takes a long time and a lot of work, and changing everything all at once immediately is so unrealistic. Screens are my worst enemy. I deleted all social media and I'm still constantly on my phone. I hate how dependent I am on it. I'm sure this is not news to you, but weight loss is also not linear or easy. And remember if you're working out you might be building muscle which also weighs a bunch. I can't wait to go back to the gym after my baby is here. I'll have about 30kg to lose, but more focused on getting stronger and fitter again - I was chest pressing 26kg per hand before pregnancy and now I can barely move 😅
Please watch your self talk. If you’re expecting little from yourself or others that’s what you will receive. The more you speak positively to and about yourself the more things will shift. Mindset work has to be part of this type of journey.

For the food thing: fokus on protein. Proteins make you toned, make you full, help raise your metabolism which in turn makes it way easier to stay in a deficit and help you build muscle and loose fat. And yes a deficit is the way to go. But. If you work out you also burn definitely a lot. So lets say you brun 400, you now need to eat at least 1800 and still hit your deficit but also not die.
It’s kind of cool how making a video about upgrading your life makes it more fun and serves as a healthy motivator - I just made a video about living life to the fullest for 31 days and I’ve never had more fun. A lot of people think contentifying your life is generally destructive but I beg to differ

Set up some objects, a plant, an apple, anything and start from there. ;> Also you can start by practicing perspective on simple shapes, learning about light and shadow. Just some advice. I have been watching these videos while I work on my art so I was super excited to see you start drawing! I think your drawing looks great, especially for someone who is just starting up again! My only advice to you is to not worry about making "bad" drawings. The less pressure you put on yourself to create the "perfect" masterpiece, the easier it is to improve and have fun creating - at least in my experience. Good luck with the challenge!
just some unsolicited advice, do with it what you want, but rather than focusing only on calories focusing on getting a lot of protein! this helps keep you fuller. Also after youve done it after a week assess how fast youre losing weight and assess accordingly (also to more calories). Love your account!

yeah the weight loss hits suddenly. It can seem stagnant for 2 weeks but then BOOM the scale shows 4 less pounds
