Day 27 of 90. 🙏 I had a lot on my mind, so the meditation paradoxically went deep as my mind wandered as I prayed. I got an insight, so that's a win.

Day 14 of 90. 🙏 I feel stronger. Even without doing Kirtan Kriya first, I can now focus at the chin point immediately. I barely hear Kimilla's instruction as I draw my attention within.

Day 18 of 90. 🙏 I was shaking a lot as I was tired from driving for so many hours. I started to breathe even deeper, and that helped some.

Day 17 done - I couldn’t sleep well so I got up and did some yoga & meditation to get it out of the way!

Day 11 of 90. 🙏 I am going deeper into the meditation. As I notice pain and shaking sensations, I can quickly visualize that energy going to the full moon I imagine at the chin point. It heals it instantly, and I focus again on SAT on the inhale and NAM on the exhale.

Day 24 of 90. 🙏 Tired from work and a long day. I did my other meditations earlier, so I got this one done before midnight. When extending the pinky fingers, the shaking starts and doesn't end really until the next phase. My mind wandered a lot at that point, but when I refocused on the chin point and breath, it was easier to stay present.

Day 13 of 90. 🙏 My right arm is much stronger. I am lifting my left arm more that it does not touch the carpet. Shaking surfaces, but I bring all of my attention to the visual of the moon. I am less winded toward the end.

@@PerfectAttention Yeah, I don't know how it works specifically (isn't Kundalini energy already spiritual energy? aren't we just moving it up the spine to the crown?), but I noticed that I heal faster after I do this Kriya, which is awesome because it's one of the shorter techniques that provides that effect.
I had a bump on my right shoulder from a bug bite I got while hiking, or a pore that got infected right after, and it was swollen. The site was tender, and even after disinfecting the area with a mild hydrogen peroxide solution and showering with Dr. Bronner's soap, it seemed to get bigger and more inflamed as time passed. Thankfully, I was going through my mental list of meditations I wanted to practice, and I did this one daily for three days in a row. The swelling started to decrease the first night, and my sleep was much deeper than normal when sore, even without having to do yoga nidra. The change for the better was rapid. The massive bump is almost completely gone now, without any pus or popping, but I only practiced one more time last week since I am hosting a friend right now who is moving to a new apartment.

Day 19 of 90. 🙏 Some shakiness in the middle as my mind wandered, but I returned to the instruction. Perfecting the pose more and more, which is a bit tiring, but the ending is now getting much easier.

Day 17 of 90. 🙏 I had gone to bed really late, so I felt the shaking return starting at the end of the first phase. I finished strong with some pain in my lower left back. I will do another yoga nidra to rest.

Day 22 of 90. 🙏 I finished yesterday and immediately did yoga nidra. So tired from the week, but I did it.

Day 15 of 90. 🙏 I ate my two meals of the day too coose to my practice, so it was harder to take deeper breaths in. Shaking returned, but I persisted.

Day 26 of 90. 🙏 I practiced yoga nidra and Kirtan Kriya before this time. I felt more relaxed and focused without as much conscious redirection of attention. Shaking at the second phase was less, but I squeezed too hard at the end sequence. One of my eyes had opened in involuntarily. 😅

Day 9 of 90. 🙏 I worked on strengthening the lift on my left arm. I see myself refining my pose with interoceptive awareness.

Day 6 of 90. 🙏 I was dreading soreness, but I was able to go deeper at the moon point. I didn't start shaking until the third phase.

Day 25 of 90. 🙏 I only ate a big lunch, so when I practiced, I was not stuffed. It made all the difference. Shaking was minimized. My breath was powerful. 😄

Day 23 of 90. 🙏 It was rough after a prior stressor, so I needed to straighten my elbows a few times. Eventually, I was able to focus more deeply. The ending is cake now. The second phase is still a bit challenging compared to the rest of the practice.

Day 12 of 90. 🙏 It's getting easier to maintain and perfect the pose. Global shaking is decreasing. Now, time for yoga nidra.

Day 10 of 90. 🙏 Even my left arm is getting slightly stronger. Less left hip pain is present too. It helps to practice after Kirtan Kriya.

Day 5 of 90. 🙏 My pose starts out stronger each time. Shaking started at the middle posture. Left hip/waist region is hurting, so I might start doing the Kriya in the reverse orientation to balance it out.

:)can I practice this meditation together with meditation "breaking the piscean hypnotic trance" A moment in a row? Or it is better to meditate at different times of the day? When I work night shifts, I practice meditation together before I sleep, and kriyas after waking up and before going to the "world" :) thank you... Dakujem... Love you

Hi kimilla, i have a question for you about this practice.. the palm of the hand at 60 degrees behind, is facing the sky or down?

exactly, i was confused too with whats happening with the hand backwards,but i ve understood that it does the same thing with the front one and i guess is facing up because it is then symmetric with the one at the front
I think the same, the back hand's palm facing up is more natural while you keep the position. Kimilla help us :):)

The two arms should form a straight 60-degree line. Keep the elbows stretched and the Jupiter finger of each hand extended with the thumb locking down the other fingers. The palm of the right hand mudra is downward and the palm of the left hand mundra is upward. The closed eyes are focused at the center of the chin, the Moon Center. Breathe slowly and deeply. Sit with a straight spine and let your body go through its changes. 3 Minutes.
Kimilla does the hand behind the palm is looking down? I did wrong and at the last change with fingers I noticed it, my palm was looking at sky😭 all effort and struggle to do it wrong oh well😂

@@imnoemit Nope , just type liberation kriya on youtube , everyone has their left palm upwards,that's the how it's symmetrical , it is natural , you automatically try to do it that way :)
