TR 4: the Dual-Turret Slitter Rewinder with Full Automatic End-of-Line

TR 4 Slitter Rewinder has been redesigned to set LAEM IMS’s standards in terms of performance, productivity and quality.
The machine is extremely robust and has been designed to work at high speeds around the clock, 7 days a week, granting the quality of finished reels and drastically increasing the productivity and efficiency of the slitting operation.
The automatic tape dispenser and core loader, the finished reels extraction and unloading cycles are all synchronized to keep high production rates and reduce the downtimes while the possibility to integrate the machine with a fully automatic endline allows to maximize the OEE and automatize all the activities up to the palletizing station
