narration in old commercials is satisfying af
My uncle had a 98 Dodge Ram, what an awesome truck. And it was right after twister came out. I’ll miss that car!
My dad purchased a flame red, 1996 Dodge RAM 2500 “Sport” edition immediately after leaving the movie theater after watching Twister. I’m proud to say I’m now the new owner.
Adriana Noelle such a cool truck!!
Bro same here..I remember my dad had a 99 1500 ram sport RED . It sounded amazing .it would start burning wheeels with a simple tap to the gas
When cars look and sound incredible and beautiful.
And nowadays, cars all look and sound alike...
What a time to be alive in the 1990s and 2000s.
Old car commercials are my favourite! Please make more videos
You notice how they don’t put prices on car commercials these days!
You gotta guess the price now lol
Lol because they way to overpriced nowadays
Its always advertising a lease because of how god awful cars are made now
@Carmelo The Goat Realistically, they are built much better, especially since we've advanced in technology. Check out Tesla, you can't roll one of those in an accident.
And in 2023 they only ever advertise weekly cost never monthly
My grandfather bought a new, and loaded with all the Bells & Whistles offered in the Buick, Electra Park Ave. of 1980. He drove the car only for about 5 years before passing, adding just 5.5-thousand miles to the odometer. (8-K and change in all, thus far) It is still sitting in his garage in 2020, I make sure to drive it, doing the usual basic mechanical and cosmetic maintenance etc., When I take my 96 year old grandmother to the "Big market", as she calls it, she always is sure to educate me in just exactly how "your grandfather" did this or that when driving his prized Buick lol. Other than a few adjustments of the truly odd carburetor on her 5'7-L, 350-CI I have to admit, the old Buick runs like a dream! And this was in an era when the poor uneducated engineers, educated in anything other than the, "There is no replacement for displacement" engineering philosophy and thus were completely unprepared for the tsunami headed in the direction of Detroit! Besides, fit & finish weren't exactly of the highest quality in that era. Anyway, my grandmother is willing the car to me, (although I'd rather have her live forever). Back to reality; If properly maintained, that old Buick will be the last car I will ever need.
Don't see a lot of theses vehicles on the road no more
That's a shame because most probably finished in a junkyard press years ago
@@bgbg5968 of course and cash for clunkers in the early 2000s didn't help ether
@@ZachArmstrong02 that could be the serial killer of those cars
@@bgbg5968 it could be lol
That G35 coupe what a treat
My grandma use to have a rendezvous
FFS I remember that Subaru Outback commercial from 25 years ago 😳
Does anyone remember a car commercial that had one violin playing at the end of the commercial? I believe that was their signature sound for a few commercials.
You know tiger clapped them all in the tornado. 🌪 🤣
I love that Outback ad
I just think of oil leaks and head gaskets.
3:47 “a stronger engine” yeah right GM that northstar engine is nowhere close to the 1UZFE in the LS400
GM is probobaly the biggest liar in the industry next to volkswagen, especially those “real people” commercials 😂
2:55 lol it's 2025 and my new Kia can be started with a popsicle stick
Cadillac Northstar straight to junkyard
I just worked on a 1998 Cadillac DeVille Delligante
Bad Fuel Pump
These are what car commercials should look like, not just driving on an endless highway talking about emissions
lol
The Audi driving on water “please don’t try this May void warranty coverage”
Ahhh the power of marketing
Ah! Scott Cohen! ❤
The Deville lease in 94 was ruff!
The fact that these things looked futuristic back then..
The all new Buick "AZTEK" looking asss.
Could you imagine promoting a 2000 Buick Regal
What no Geo Commercials?
Exceĺlent 👍👍
My mom’s friend, Renee, has an Audi stationwagon.
Buzzwire the what where
The hot president’s day toyota deals nearly gave me a hot president’s day toyota seizure
You can still see a lot of these cars in real life... in a ghetto near you!
Interest rates were so high
Because the loans were much shorter. Then the normal was 36-48 months, now it 84-108 months.
@@racer77cow interesting
racer77cow no one is doing that
what car the jdm suv or what
Honda is a good car. I wish they’ll make a 1990 Honda commercial.
cool commercials but none will top UK's Pugeot 406 one
ua-cam.com/video/YCg5TVSKYgg/v-deo.html full version.
ua-cam.com/video/H9nRNTQBmpw/v-deo.html super short one
I remember in the early 00’s there was a car commercial where a guy and a girl were in bed, the man was rubbing his chest with the female’s foot. It was in black and white.
A man of culture
@@spelareNR14 Sure... was hoping for an answer of the name of the commercial.
The Suburus are the only ones still driving
Not true. Plenty of ford dodge and chevy trucks still ticking.
Lol the Buick black square you won't find this feature on Mercedes and Lexus nope you won't because their systems are 10 to yrs more advanced
It was just a resistor 🤣
Tully
That what she said 1:38 1:41
Vats system on GM vehicles is junk. Do a tune out like I did on my Trans Am with HP Tuners, or do a physical plug and play bypass and just wire in a fuel cutoff switch in an inconspicuous area.
I don’t understand the Hispanic Presidents’ Day Toyota commercial
I dont need a car!
Audi A6
Chevy quantity over quality
Man the drug poor Harley Earl through the mud didn't they? Might as well have had Stevie Wonder design those shit boxes
Haha suckers! These cars are much more affordable in my time!!
That Cadillac was cheap
Man, those Buick's were ugly back then. And they're still ugly now. Same thing with the old's mobile.
Old cars were ugly lookin
