I just booted up SF6 and SF4 side by side on PC and my controller working on both games simultaneously. Jab>Jab>Jab>DP doesn't work in either game, there's too much push back, the DP always whiffs. Jab>Jab>DP works in both games and is actually easier to execute in SF4. LTG needs to stop playing, he's terrible.

Yep. Had a silly moment last week where started to doubt Guile (lol I know) as DI and parry was giving me serious problems. Was hard stuck at 16k and losing hope. Took a step back, worked on my counter play, optimised my damage and focused on adapting my Guile to the new SF6 mechanics. Then I started to fully believe in him again and now I'm 21k diamond with no sign of slowing down. Mentality is absolutely crucial but you need to do the work to overcome it and LTG just doesn't want to.

I just booted up SF6 and SF4 side by side on PC and my controller working on both games simultaneously. Jab>Jab>Jab>DP doesn't work in either game, there's too much push back, the DP always whiffs. Jab>Jab>DP works in both games and is actually easier to execute in SF4. LTG needs to stop playing, he's terrible.

It's funny, people looked at sf4 the same way. They'd complain about come back ultras, focus attack and brain dead easy to do dp motions. Turned out not to be so easy at high level, in fact it turned out to be one of the most consistent fighting games when it came to tournament results.

Yep. Had a silly moment last week where started to doubt Guile (lol I know) as DI and parry was giving me serious problems. Was hard stuck at 16k and losing hope. Took a step back, worked on my counter play, optimised my damage and focused on adapting my Guile to the new SF6 mechanics. Then I started to fully believe in him again and now I'm 21k diamond with no sign of slowing down. Mentality is absolutely crucial but you need to do the work to overcome it and LTG just doesn't want to.

Not at all, there's still 1 frame links for certain characters in some combos, it's just that things like buffering and Drive Rush make them work now.
