    When biting or slicing into an apple with just the chocolate covering and not with the caramel, does it break apart or does it stay on the apple?

      No they don’t as long as you keep them at room temperature or cooler.

      I just soak sometimes but I also do the boiling water at other times since it’s faster.

      To bag them you would put them in a plastic cellophane bag before you put the topper and bow on them.

      Thank you! I would charge the amount you pay for supplies plus your hourly rate. For example:
      Supplies: $19
      Sample hourly rate: $15
      2 hours prep time: $30 + $19= $49
      So with this equation I would say around $50/dz
      But you can set your hourly rate at whatever you think you deserve. I was just giving you an example. Hope this helps.

      No I googled the images and printed them on cardstock which is just thick paper.

      Nope I don’t boil my apples. I just let them sit for a few minutes in the mixture and clean them off. I don’t have any issues with them turning brown or any of that.

    I tried this for the first time on yesterday & I think my chocolate was still too hot because it just slid right out. Some were cute, but you could still see the green of the apple showing. Do you recommend double coating? Also, how would you package these with toppers on them?

      Because I put the glue only on the stick a little above the Apple.
