I'm a nervous knitter - I love doing the easy stuff but hate making mistakes and I can never undo them well enough! Lol. Great to see you back - life happens, glad you have got some energy back for You Tube. But you take care of you, we want you to be well.
So happy to see you! Breaks can be good for the soul. You are loved and have been missed! Quilting and Knitting are way up on my ways to cope with the craziness that life can bring as well. It helps get the worry and angst out of my head.
Hi Tess, very nice to see your friendly face today! The times we are living in are certainly unpredictable at best these days, so your faithful audience needs no apologies❤. I love the sweater you are knitting that comes up at the beginning. The yarn has beautiful flecks in it...yes, yarny things are my go to for relaxation too!
Thanks for the knitter links. I am glad you and yours are okay. It takes a lot of energy to deal with these times. No apologies needed. The food looks great! Have a blessed Spring, Tess.
Lovely to have you back on the sceen. Hope all well with you and yours. Dont beat yourself up for not being around. Life happens for us all. Take care. Thank you for the meal ideas. I too buy a nice strong cheese and use a little less. Unfortunately the saved cheese often gets taken by the dogs. Our Romanian loves cheese and due to her survival skills she takes every opportunity to pinch cheese whenever the opportunity arises. Usually when I have to put my plate down to save the post from the other dog. Swear they work as a team.😅
So very happy to have you back! Your hair looks lovely that way!😊 I always just love your videos! Your knitting...(chefs kiss) and these recipes look really tasty! Can wait to try my hand at them!😋 Blessings on you and your family!
Glad to see you back Tess I've missed your smiling face,I have been watching Helen Ketteridge for a while now and I love her she is so interesting and so full of knowledge,I am going to look at yarnnyarns now so thanks for the recommendations xx
Lovely to see you back . Please all well with you and yours. Food looks good ! I've made broth for our tea today . Used up suspicious looking turnip ! Ha ! Carrots broth mix and bacon lardons . And if course having dumplings ! Didn't have a leek so put onions in . Smells delish ! Take care ☺️
Lovely to see you Tess. Taking care and time out is so essential, especially when we have such busy lives. Thanks for the links I will definitely check them out. I love knitting, sewing and crochet. Sending lots of love and hugs xx
Thank you so much for your kind words Tess. I'm so happy that our paths have crossed here on UA-cam. Your noodle soup looks amazing and I loved seeing that beautiful enamel pan from your previous video in action 😃
glad to see you. I love both of the podcasts you mentioned, helen's christmas videos are the very best! I love Ange, and have done the 12cast ons for several years now.
@@Tess-FrugalLiving Do it! It's the most fun. I usually cast on a pair or two of socks (one gift, one for me), a sweater or two (both for me), at least one charity project (usually fingerless mitts, because in my experience hundreds of thousands of hats are knit for charity already), and am usually interested in casting on something Ange casts on, or something she shares that others in the community cast on. All of my stuff is from my stash I have gathered from estate sales or the big textile center garage sale in my city. My sweaters are usually made with less than $10 worth of yarn, socks are easily under $5 each, fingerless mitts, even the wool ones are about $1.
@@celestedouville2529 I probably will 😁. I've got about 5 things in mind so far. I might include some other crafts as well though 😃. You know me, I can't stick to a recipe ha ha.
Hello, it's so nice to see you. Life happens. I must say you're looking very well and refreshed so the break has been beneficial. I love your knitting projects. I like the look of Helen's channel so I've subscribed, thank you for your recommendations. I use glass noodles (made from mung beans) and vegetable pasta instead of regular pasta. Your meals looked yummy. I wish I could cook eggs like yours as it's exactly how I like my eggs.
Re the boiled eggs. I get the water boiling/simmering and add my eggs. Boil for exactly 8 minutes and then remove into very cold water. Bingo. Perfect eggs. 😃
Thank you, Tess, not only for some delicious meal ideas, but also for saying such lovely things about me and my podcast! I'm glad you also enjoy Angela on YarnNYarns - a very lovely lady!

Hi Tess! So happy to see you again! Thanks for sharing the other channels and that "asian" soup looked delicious!
Tess, the food looks so good.
Good to see you! I am relieved! I will definitely make your chicken soup which seems similar to some Vietnamese soups I see in our area.
Welcome back Tess! I'm glad to see you!🤗
Most enjoyable and good to see you again.
I found 3 good frugal channels 'A simple season', 'loving life with less,' 'frugal over 50 'too. Blessings 😊 Maria
