I think what makes JoJo villains so great is that the depravity of their actions know no boundaries: Dio made a woman ear her own child for no reason, Kira turned a child into a bomb, Diavolo wants to kill his own daughter, Pucci is ready to sacrifice all of humanity for his dream. They are so deleciously evil without being cliché, and that makes them extremely entertaining.
