I really wish that homelink was able to accept a code to allow the signal to be sent to the garage door opener. Just like unlocking your phone or using an electronic keypad for your front door. That would increase security significantly. Do you know if it does that?
@@dannyjohnsonsgarage yes I’ve cleared it first. And tried the whole sequence over several times….clearing, pairing… with car on and car off in case that makes a difference. 🤔
@@susanhipsky6791 it may be a different kind of garage door motor, which may require you to push the learn button on the motor itself before you can pair a device

Hi …my two triangle buttons won’t flash green even though I’m following the instructions….any idea what I might be doing wrong? Thx!
Have you cleared it first by pushing and holding the two outer buttons?

I can NEVER get this to work on my 2020 Tundra. My wife's Infiniti QX60's programming worked just fine.
I’ve done the steps a million times and I never get the arrows to blink. Now the other buttons don’t work either. I was trying to add one.
What’s odd is my tundra has arrows that light up and my same year sequoia has the arrows but they don’t light up
