With the Healthcare Enrollment period coming up on November 1st do you know what the best insurance to have to cover Zepbound with the lowest copay? Thanks!
I am what they call a super responder. I never had a week where I lost less than 1.3 pounds in my first 29 weeks. I’ve only had weeks of gains when I went into maintenance and that is because I switched my dose from 10mg to 5mg. I averaged over 3 pounds lost per week when I was in active weight loss. So with that said, don’t compare yourself to me. There’s a sure that I love that says, “comparison is the thief of joy.” Some people won’t lose on 2.5. It is not meant as a therapeutic dose. It’s meant or prime your body for the medication. 5mg will be your first therapeutic dose. So hang in there, your loss is coming
@@Robbyv88 I certainly struggled with the weight loss and did not always see victories on the scale, but I decided to shift my focus. I looked at how my body was feeling, how my clothes were fitting, how much energy I gained. You’re in the early phase (3 weeks) and your body is trying to figure out what’s happening. Your body is getting used to the medicine and your results will come in time. If I could offer advice, be patient with yourself on this journey. You didn’t gain all the weight in a month, don’t expect your body to lose it all that quickly. There is a community of people who are on the same journey. We want to see you succeed and obtain all your goals. You’re right on target and where your body needs to be. If you’re looking to ramp things up, speak to your doctor and health care team. See if you could add more movement to your routine, see if you could focus your diet on eating more protein (keeps you fuller longer), see if you can drink more water to keep your body hydrated. See if you can talk with a dietician for meals while on a GLP-1. Getting sleep helps a bunch too. If you’re doing everything you can to maximize the wins, that’s all you can do. Your care team of medical professionals all want you to win and they can offer more solutions. Hope this helps.

Trying to balance the length for TikTok and UA-cam since I record them at the same time.

I’m sorry, I don’t. There are so many variables.
We could both have Aetna PPO and one of us not have coverage
Thanks
