The final round, Scrabble Lightning, feels just like Chuck Woolery version, minus the "Million Dollar Prop", the epic sound effects, and the dreaded Stoppers.

Hi, I was the judge on this show, I opened the lockouts after Justin finishes the clue, it's not an exact science to trigger something after someone is talking, but the contestants see a light that go on when the lockouts are active, she rang in before that light went on. So there was no production error.
so they do play scrabble at the very end of the show? It was on right now and im thinking this isnt scrabble. it was just a mixture of other random games that use letters. They even did a version of the pyramid game where the person shouts out clues.
wait a minute no thats just the jumbled letters game again but on a scrabble board. They really couldnt in all these years come up with a way to make a legit game show version out of scrabble.
Justin Willman was also the host of "Cupcake Wars" on Food Network
Interesting version of Scrabble but I remember watching it on TV.
I love scrabble

I loved watching this and Family Game Night when I was in high school!
The Scrabble Flash Game also appeared on Family Game Night
It's crossword game we've played all our lives, but _DEFINITELY NEVER_ quite like this!
I think the mighty sound effects lady from the price is right is working there you notice.

More Scrabble Showdown episodes please.........................
I've never seen this, and I have to say it isn't bad at all. Good family game show.

It didn't do it for me at first, but the practically instantaneous improvement in the Host made me do a 180!
2 questions.
1. Who's the host?
2. Is it possible to play Scrabble Showdown online?
Don't you mean World?
This isn't bad, but Chuck Woolery's version can't be beat.
I dunno, it's pretty bad. A little too "up with people," even by game show standards.
Actually the final round in this game show it's like a tribute to the original Scrabble game show and I've seen when I was a kid
Not as good as Chuck Woolery's version, but this isn't bad.
Then tell me why Willman Scrabble was nowhere close to being as popular as Woolery Scrabble?!
Is this a pilot? Was this a thing?
Aired from 2011-2012 on the Hub (now Discovery Family).
Can you upload the rest of the episodes please?
George-Alene Smith yes please................
