We love Mackenzie Davis ... that's why we're definitely #TeamHarper It's not her fault that her character had such a short timeframe to show her love for Abby. That's just how romañtic comedies work. Nevertheless they can do better with her character in the hopefully upcoming second movie. Have you seen Kristen and Mackenzie interviews? They are the best duo, we love them.
Team Harper all the way. I will agree that they needed more time for Harper to make it up to Abby, but I feel like Abby and Riley are a great duo as friends. We need more lesbian friendships you know?
@@songbird6414 True. But it's a little bit weird to be friends with the Ex of your wife. But they'll for sure bring Aubrey Plaza back in a possible second movie. As friend or whatever. Honestly we can't even imagine cute Kristen with Aubrey ... gross, LOL! Let's hope for a second movie with Mackenzie and Kristen not centered on the typical break up during a romantic comedy. Kristen said during one of the zoom-interviews that "she's working on something to work again with Mackenzie". No matter the type of movie, we've big expectations! :)
@@totallylost8696 it is kinda weird to be friends with an ex, but the circumstances in which they met were weird and awkward to begin with. I got a huge best friend vibe from them, kinda similar to the vibe I got with Abby and John tbh
@@songbird6414 True and maybe. Generally I liked how they handled it. Lots of viewers probably expected Abby to catch feelings for Riley over time but there was not even a tiny second were Abby thought about cheating with this girl. Even if Riley kind of approached her offensively (normally a pretty shitty move towards someone who is in a relationship.) That's our positive conclusion from Abby and Riley :)
