Top 15 moments Harper and Phil moments | Shortland Street

Some of my favorite moments so far between Phil Grayson and Harper Whitley (Jane Wills and Ria Vendervis) from the New Zealand soap opera Shortland Street.
The selection and order of this was hard and I'm still not completely sure about it but I wanted to post something more positive for them since we've been in a bit of a drought lately.

You're right, probably would have included that in hindsight but like I said it was a bit of a hard selection and I guess that one just slipped through. I agree though, those were some great scenes!

That's a great suggestion as well. It was harder than I thought it would be to pick the scenes and I guess some just got left but that is a great scene!
