    I had a model older than this one that I love. My sister has difficulty with tools that are too heavy and she actually loved mine and found it easy to use ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx_rBCFuDW1zD6blTGhLkvAkxU657uR_lG . This is a newer model but was even lighter which she really appreciates. She enjoys it and I no longer have to go to her house to trim as she can handle it fine. Haven't used it enough to comment on the battery life but lithium batteries last longer than the old style. Being cordless makes it easy to trim the far edges of the property. The entire yard can be trimmed with one charged battery.

    I’m a telco lineman for over 20 years - this tool has been a great addition to the truck to make setting poles easier. Pole saw and string trimmer has made life easier. Hoping to get the rubber broom one day.

    As a landscaper I would invest in this platform if you had a cultivator attachment. I use it to dig small holes for plantings and to cultivate mulch beds. Any news would be great looking to get a new system for my crews soon.

    Make an adaptor / new removable connection rod for the articulate hedge trimmer so that it can convert to a shorten hedge trimmer. Your stand-alone hedge trimmer isn't good either.

    Love it however the cooling on the power head needs major work. It over heads and gives a torque fault...

      Same here. It’s great for hedge trimming and trimming limbs but would not recommend for string trimming. Overheats and uses a ton of battery power

    Careful with pushing to hard, the connection between my battery and the unit melted shut with a 8ah HO battery when using the trimmer :-O "used it too hard". Milwaukee in Sweden wont fix it for free so not sure if i even should fix it since it seem to be a normal issue 😲

    Have you fixed the leaking bar oil reservoirs on the pole saw yet? I would try to warranty mine but everything I’ve seen online say s people get replacements and they just leak out too. It’s ridiculous for me to have to drain the reservoir each time so I don’t end up with oil everywhere in between jobs.

    Wondering if this has been an issue for anyone else. For now , this only happened with my 12ah battery.

      I run mine 45 min straight with a 12 ah and never over heats. I have yet needed full power

    • @michaelholly88
      @michaelholly88 2 роки тому +1

      @@TheCamaro5 it’s fine for light homeowner use, but not for several houses or one that’s neglected. I never got it to overheat at my house, but took it to a rental and the grass was overgrown, took about 15 minutes and it kept stopping, second one I’ve had do that. Quality control sucks, vibration dampening isn’t good, I have less vibration on my gas stihl KM91R, I even exchanged for another yet again, no better outcome. I have the Milwaukee mower, hedge trimmer, all sorts of m18 fuel tools and that’s one of the first I didn’t keep.

      Has overheating problems. I think the cause is if the string is to long..
      Also had a 12Ah that melted on the - Connector.
      After all, its a disapointing powertool. Far from contractor quality in power and build quality. Maybe this is just one of this tools where 18V comes to its limits.
