Because its one of the issues which plagues the standard LED TVs and supremely effects the darker scenes specially when gaming. For those who do not know about it. Put up a plain black screen n watch it from your regular distance, u will see white light patches if it has backlight bleeding. Some have few and some would have tons of it.

This TV just delivered today. Qled? My 4 years old TCL 43 inch led TV have good display. If you're buying it for gaming. When you connect to pc using 2.1 hdmi cable in earc it automatically switches to 1440p 120hz the display looks very very bad. since 4k only supports 60hz. Audio 56w is a joke. It sounds even worst than my old 20w tcl tv. Total garbage. Amazon is not accepting refund. 42k hogaya.
