Your budget is 40k so maybe you want a 43 inch tv right ?...if yes and if you want best possible picture than go for Sony Bravia 2 ..it is slightly above 40k but it will give you best picture quality when you compare it with Samsung and LG ..I hope this helps
Brother warranty is different from brand to brand and model to model ..so there is no simple answer for your question..but you can always take some precautions to extend life of your TV 👍

भाई ये जो बजेट टीव्ही है, उनकी लाइफ बहुत कम होती है. ये 5 साल या ज्यादा से ज्यादा आठ साल तक चलते है. पर ब्रांडेड टीव्ही है वो कम से कम 8-12 या 15 साल तक भी चलते है. बजेट टीव्ही के पॅनल बहुत जल्दी चले जाते है और सबसे ज्यादा टीव्ही में कॉस्ट पैनल की ही आती है. मेरे जितने भी दोस्तो ने बजेट टीव्ही लिये है उनके पॅनल की वजह से वापस ब्रँडेड टीव्ही पर शिफ्ट हुए है.

@@KirankumarbagNavy yeah I get your point friend..but Sony is king in optimising hardware to its limits but still budget TVs are providing very strong hardware in their TVs like mini led full array panels ,high refresh rate ,more brightness and better audio drivers...all these things I mentioned is example of very strong hardware at low prices
@@JitendraSirawata friend Samsung make durable products and provides excellent after sales services but it is not possible to say that for how long it will last as it is a electronic product..but what I can say is that you should use a stabilizer on your TV for long life span
