I just picked up a vintage Kyosho buggy with a really crusty looking original engine. I'm actually lookin' kinda hard at the K&B 18 Auto as a potential replacement engine if I need to do a full replacement. Fairly confident I can get that little OS to bark off with a little cleaning and pull start work but if it's totally hooped that 18 is my next port of call.
I've got a K&B 61 made sometime before 1976 that's still flying in the same aircraft it was put in when its original builder put it all together! Still runs like a swiss watch even if it's 20 years older than I am. Great engines for sure!
I like dealing with Mecoa. Always reasonable shipping times and Randy has everything and more

The smaller engine . The tighter the sizes have to be . And he gets it
Randy seems like an interesting fellow.
I had a K&B Stallion .35. Installed in a Nobler Model plane.
Thank you for dreams fulfilled mate
Great video!
Very cool. What year was this filmed?
I think it was late 2010 or early 2011
Thank you. BTW, I still have my RJL coffee cup I got at the AMA show in Pasadena a LONG time ago! ;)
I like my KNB hat that I received included in a parts order. Converted all my KMB sportsters to Davis diesels and they work superbly.
very good
K&B wasstarted by Johnny Broadbeck, Randy has bought up lots of old manufacturers
