I'm a soldier dealing with PTSD and if you remove the idea of regeneration and the effects that there is no death in this story; the story is the description of one suffering with their own thoughts of who we are. War and oppressive abuse suffer varying degrees of PTSD. some of us have committed suicide because they must have felt like the one who cried, "let me die," I'm one who wants to die and also not wanting to, so I struggle with it. now I'm 72 it all in both thoughts finding it to be futile so you now know what is going in the minds of those with PTSD, especially them that survived and living on when those who passed on due to war and oppression
It would not be seen as threat because it isn't. Some critters have the ability to regenerate to one degree or another and while interesting it does not make these critters a bigger threat than those that don't. People would want to learn how his body regenerates but we already study critters that can regenerate hoping to learn how they do it. No reason to say anything if they don't wish to. Most likely at least some ETs have the ability to regenerate to some degree.
Even our religions all over the globe speak of rebirth and eternal life❗️ There surely is a lot to consider about rebirth and eternal life!! But not in such a shallow way!
a reborn Christian is still a sinner, being reborn allows you to ask for repentance for the sin that we commit while trying to live like Christ, eternal life in Heaven we will not be suffering the thoughts of sin or the PTSD of our lives. In heaven we will be new without the knowledge of the previous life, that is the true salvation.
How can you be sure that the universe (which would need to be named solarsystems in your comment) is infinite and not finate? Sure its expanding at an accelerating speed but it does not generate solarsystems out of nothing. Thus you can say the space is infinite but the amount of solarsystems / planets is finite with decline as all a black hole eats is unknown what happens to this "removed matter". You cant use a stand alone station as it would need to generate electric energy to power stuff and keep you from freezing and to fight entropie which on earth is done by the sun. But at one day all the hydrogen is burned up and there is no sun anymore even within the infinite universum.
overpopulation is not an issue; it is the greed of controlling resources. Think about it, those that grow food grow more than is needed for the location they live such as in the USA. Germany is slowly cutting down on farming and are depending on imported food. Other countries are burning fields of crops because the export will not sell it and dictate the destruction of resources that can be utilized for humanitarian uses. Death is determined by God; we all would know when and where we would die if God printed on the bottom of our feet our expiration date when we are born. If that were so wouldn't we all stress more over that than trying to live normal?
