Lovely video as always, David! It's a cool buggy, I like it a lot in blue, simple and very powerful paint job! Mine is way complicated, lots of stripes and stuff. I still need to have mine out for a proper run, hopefully soon, too!
Thanks! 👍Yeah, I tend towards single color paint jobs and a few decals here and there. Partially because I like the uncluttered look, but also because I'm not great and doing complicated paint jobs! 😁
How can you play all this great music and not get a strike from the oppressive emperor overlord dictators and censors at utub ?? If I put more than three notes of one of these songs they'll take down the video and have me sent to a Russian internment camp for the rest of my life !!
Basically, you're not supposed to use any copyrighted music on UA-cam without permission of the copyright holder(s). However, you *can* use (some) copyright music on UA-cam. I am not an expert, but here's what I've learned. Very briefly: When you upload a video before anything else happens, UA-cam's "Content ID" system will scan the video looking for copyrighted songs., If it finds them, great, as the system will already know what the copyright holder's policy is regarding use of their material. In some cases they may block the audio completely (such as anything from the Beatles or AC/DC 😞) but in others they may allow it with certain restrictions. Usually that means you can't monetize the video, they may runs ads on your video, or it maybe restricted/blocked in certain countries/regions. As long as you're fine with that, you will be allowed to continue with the upload. Now if the piece of music is NOT detected by the Content ID system, then don't use it. You're risking a "manual copyright claim" that could result in a copyright strike. (Not good!) For me, I'm not bothered about earning any money on the videos I make. So to my mind it is (was) a win-win situation: The song gets promoted, the artist/music company gets a little extra advertising income and I get to use a great song. One final thing, and the reason why in recent months I have stopped using popular 80's songs. This was something I didn't learn until after much additional research: The usage policy of the copyright holder can change over time for whatever reason. So a video that was previously permitted could suddenly become blocked! 😩 In essence, here today. Gone tomorrow. 😢

Great run and nice scenery despite the weather. I’ll never tire of watching a beautiful running rc bug. 👍😎
Thanks! I've been waiting for a clear day, but pretty much every weekend for the last month has been rain!
Nice video David! Thanks for sharing 👍🏻🙌🏻
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks!
The beetle looks great and looks wonderful out there in the park! It looked to be a beautiful day to be out running around out there with it!!
Thanks! The overcast conditions aren't great for getting good running footage, but on the plus side it isn't so hot! ☀️
@@KaiCityRC well the camera did a great job then because it looked like a great day but being a red head we prefer overcast days anyways!!!
@@AddamsPlayground Thanks! I did my best to brighten up the footage as much as possible when editing, so it seems as though I was successful! 😁
Great bug, and nice video work 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks 👍
