I grew to 6ft and stopped growing for over a year then I got on carnivore and 2 months into it I’ve grown an inch and I don’t see why it’ll stop I’ll likely get to 6’2-6’5 range. I had a little recessed chin and now it’s forwardly projected. Works wonders especially if your young like me. I’m 18 btw.
