Please help me why cake mixture curdle after adding eggs into the butter and sugar creamed mixture. Even I used room temperature butter and eggs only . How to avoid eggs smell in cake. Even if add more essence

Add vanilla paste and it will stop the smell. You need to add the eggs in to batter while mixing on high. It wont curdle.
