The part with Nalani made me cry. Her comments and how great you were with her just got me. It was both saddening and incredibly sweet.
Thanks for making this so we can have a small glimpse of the tragedy over there.

Phil The Potato Man Honestly that was just a dumb comment to make by the white guy on the boat. It’s not like they’re just gonna beat the shit out of each other for no reason? Lol, the world isn’t even like that anymore. Of course they’re gonna fuckin’ get along otherwise they would be in the same boat.

It doesn't feel raw. I've been following Casey for a year an a half now and he's come a long way. I admire that, but the video is far from raw. it's very well edited. Story, video, audio is all good. But it does have a raw feel if you don't know how well planned it is... it's even color graded.

I live in Houston and this is just so very much my city. All of this. People helping others, those deciding to "hunker down," but point to where help is needed. This is my city.
In my neighborhood (NW side), a lot of help in rescues was done through Nextdoor, not advertising it, but that's what we used since it is specific location based (we got notices from those immediately around us).
Once the waters receded (and in a few areas it has STILL not gone down) these same people in this city got their tools, knives, crowbars, saws, hammers, and started "mudding out" the houses. I don't anyone who stopped the whole time. Everyone just went all out (hence why I'm only now catching up on my youtube subscriptions).
