Given now synonymous with Italy Ferrari is, do you think Italians who work for the team feel like they've let their entire country down if the team does poorly? And if they do, do you think the maasive amount of stress that puts them under might explain why the team makes so many screw ups? It's like they're trying *so hard* to not screw up that they end up screwing things up.
I didn't start watching Formula 2 (and Formula 3) until this year so I'd never really seen Nyck de Vries race before. Judging from today's performance it's a travesty he hasn't get an F1 seat yet.

You have to contain the ability to drive to be compared to anyone in the first place. The only thing that made Latifi seem halfway competent last year was when Mazespin drove for Haas.

The real conspiracy theory I have is Ferrari doing whatever they can to throw away the championship. It's like they have a vested interest in NOT winning championships. Also; Congrats on 100k.
It makes a lot of sense when you remember that constructors get kickbacks from the FIA for the next season based on their placements in order to try and bring the lower teams up the ladder...my theory is that Ferrari are trying to get the FIA to foot the bill for more of their constructors' costs as an FU to the FIA for shutting down their illegal car a few years back.
