The healing item for doubling below 35% is Vanilla. It's the red item Medkit or something? It gives 10 Regen and doubles regen below 35% health. Apparently it doesn't double your regen though, since that would make it tick twice as fast. It just makes it tick for 2 each tick rather than 1. But it is Vanilla. Was added in the Streamer patch I think.

On this one you kept taking about healing, but constantly rolled over the Monkey item? Also, wouldn't those Cyberballs and things like that be good for this run? I was curious about why you rolled over so many of those items.

Monkey is damage down on the explosion effect and the healing from it is not all that relevant when the plan is to have a ton of regen. As for cyberball and baby elephant, if you aren't going for a huge amount of luck those items tend to under perform.
