Personally, when it comes to "Best Items", Id say there are 4 of them: Death Certificate (obvious I know), Sacred Orb (also obvious), Glitched Crown (Some people say this is better than sacred orb, but I cant use it well even if my life depended on it) and Moms Knife (I dont think a better offensive item exists tbh)
