  • SUPER BIG THANK YOU
To the Orlando Jeep Club for all the heard work you put into doing Jeepin with Judd trails and staging. The countless hours and days you have worked are greatly appreciated. It is a great pleasure to be part of such a phenomenal team.
Thank you Clay for taking the time to get some footage from a recovery point of view. Part twos on the way. He shot this with a single camera on the dash and managed to get plenty of great shots.
All footage shot with this camera:

Thank you Matt and Randi for the opportunity to show a bit of the other side of the trails from JwJ. The recovery team works very hard to be ontop of any situation that happens quickly and professionally.
Since I may not have made it clear, a properly working CB is a must for both volunteers and participants in order to get the most from your JwJ experience.
I look forward to seeing part 2 through the editors eyes.

As the tailgunner on the very first trail on Friday for dragons tale, I can tell you for sure that slip and slide was living up to to its name, Trail usually takes an an hour and a half to 2 hours. First group going through there and a few other places that were a little slippery took a little over three hours. I actually had to leave the group as tail gunner to make it back since I had to lead a group going out on dragons tail, which is probably right after you blocked that off. Great times, and a great video. 🤟😎

As I was watching this again I remembered something. When I was at Carnage Canyon spotting participants, (11:00-15:00min) I had a little blue duck. I had it in a divet and told them, "don't smoosh Dougie the Duckie" as they approached the uphill side of the obstacle.

Running over a duck... sounds like stepping on a duck...

I live very very close, and this year a bunch of the jeeps where cutting people off and taking the green lane to cut in front of people driving down 80' road.. locals are starting to really despise what used to be an AMAZING event. The last 2 years has brought some less than ideal people to the event.

If you are at Judd each year we stress driving with resect to the people who live there. I will mention that in the previews next year. Sorry to hear about that. @Jeepin with Judd.

Does Florida still use CB radios for communication off road? Are you guys going to step up to GMRS for overall better communication systems?

      ua-cam.com/video/kR-wz0qWwGI/v-deo.htmlsi=aP21eq44RAKC1s56 This might answer that...

The short answer is yes, most of us are going to GMRS. The CB is still more popular on the eastern side of the US mainly due to lack of repeaters and/or folks not wanting to pay for a license just to use them...... legally.
