i used to jam g tron but i cant justify spending close to 300 bucks on 4 lands and then whatever else on the new cards for a deck i don't play that often and usually use as a borrow deck for people who want to try modern
I'm the same way, I had the old school tron deck together but this new version is not something i'm jumping up to build. I at least have The one Ring but the new eldrazi pieces I'm lacking but i'm fine with rocking other decks for the time being.
Hey that's me (Energy) This was a lot of fun and I look forward to coming back down soon and playing again!
Glad you made it out! Was great getting to chat hopefully we'll be be able to get some more games in soon, gotta get more practice against energy!
Damn boros is a really good matchup for tron. Just shows you sometimes it can catch some wins
That's exactly it, I would say not only does the deck play a factor but also the experience of the player and how many reps they have in each match up

which lands are you talking about for 300 bucks?
@@Odin_30 at the time the labyrnth was going for significantly more money than it is currently
@@theamazingwallymtg yeah, because the problems aren't the lands, but the rings actually
@@Odin_30 i can def agree to that and they ain't getting cheaper either.
