at 24:40, Paul uses the ETB of Phlage to Kill the Karn which then allows him to use his ring.

@@ondrejmadr7892 no just no. Karn’s 1st ability is activated abilities of artifacts your opponents control can’t be activated. This is why he had to destroy Karn before being able to use his one ring.
