I like how this isn't a typical mc speedrun video but it's still very much in the same theme and fits well with your other videos. I've watched a few episodes of some people's series on one block, and this was definitely a fun way to see how the levels progress

If you ever do this again save at least one mushroom bc it solves the food (mushroom stew)and mining fatigue issue and saves loads of time.

I can’t do it testing this on console, but java works in mysterious ways to me, so maybe you can? idk tho, bc also on bedrock waterlogged blocks can explode as long as the TNT doesn’t fall in the water. if you have a waterlogged top slab and put tnt above it, it’ll explode and leave the water

A tip I have from a few months of experience on a OneBlock server:
Make a platform underneath the block and just mine from under, so u worry less about mobs, and can pick up items every few minutes or so if you want them. If you want you can also make a medium sized hut (i used a 7x7x7) to keep mobs in, and place a golem or two to deal with the mobs then, so it's even less risky. Just go up to build another/heal up the golems whenever you pick up items though.
Mining underneath wouldve been genius!
it was actually so fun watching couri play without a timer, it felt that couri was actually playing Minecraft once for fun and not for the sake of just beating the game ;)

golems actually don't attack creepers. i'm guessing because they'll just get blown up if they try to engage in a fight with them.
It's so creepers don't just blow up without the player. Part of the game design is any punishment the player deals with is primarily on the player and should be in some way preventable by the player. Having a creeper blow up because of a golem isn't preventable by the player and would be an unfair punishment.

How to do it without breaking the block:
1. Get a shovel from a mob
2. Wait for it to snow
3. Make as many snow blocks as possible
4. When you have a big platform made out of snow blocks, try to get a snow fox to spawn with an emerald
5. Build a platform high enough for wandering traders to spawn
6. Buy a sapling
7. Plant it on the block you started on
8. When the tree grows, make a crafting table, and craft a cauldron (you get iron from zombies)
9. Wait until you get 2 water source blocks from rain
10. Realize you just got trolled and you can't actually beat the game (no end portals)
11. Done

Hey Couri! Just wanted to say that the editing lately has been absolutely on POINT and that the quality of your vids never ceases to amaze me. Really been enjoying your content!
On 1 block I usually put a boat on a block next to the one block, then build an enclosure that covers the whole zone, also make sure the ceiling is low enough to suffocate whatever goes in the boat, that setup just give me time to react and also mobs don’t detect u especially creeper
Yeah i do this too with trapdoors (so i can save animals / kill foxes instantly xd)
No boat but water where the trapdoors are (so i can save fishes)
Ngl i would've kept the mooshroom just for free easy food.

This was great fun seeing as I play oneblock a lot, but those deaths for mining fatigue :x. You killed every single cow at the start. You had a bucket from the ob too.

i have made my oneblock island in layers going downwards with each layer having its own purpose. i had a storage layer, a farm layer(animals), a farm layer(crops), a villager layer and much more.

Just to clear things up for you, iron golems don't attack creepers.
You should remember that 1 mooshroom is infinite mushroom soup. No more food issues that make you use your villager

Just a tip if you do this again, you can breed the two villagers by placing three beds and throwing them bread. Once you have 3 a golem will spawn (and respawn if you kill it for iron)

I have played one block, and skyfactory specifically where it gives u like a bunch of mods u can craft really weird stuff lol I really liked it but at some point had to stop playing because my laptop at that time was not good enough to handle like 20000 items from different mods 😢
