Matt you’re a strong dude to share what you shared. Just one thing I’d say: trading on Fridays more often than not f-cks me up. On a Friday, I do one futures trade in the pre market (if I like a set up) and maybe one at opening. By 11am I turn off the computer. It’s taken me years to learn to do that.

Great video! I didn’t double down on Friday, but put an additional 50% of the value of my initial trade down and got completely blown out - also losing 4 weeks of trading gains. It’s great to hear you go back and talk it through, it’s like I’m not alone. 😅
