I first rode the Ant Hills in 1993. Needless to say it was very different then, but people have been literally riding there since the 80's. 4:00 Most of the trail was along the bayou then.
stupid good cardio, i already lost 8 pounds day in and day out and watching my diet.. but the very first time is hard, once you ride the trails like 3 or 4 times, you start getting familiar with the layout and get a better feeling for the climbing and the drops, much harder than Cypress 100 acres park (thats just my opinion tho)
Nice I recently discover this park I have ride other parks but this one is my favorite so far
Awesome trail I have never been to that part great video Thank you 🙏😊🚵♀️
