If this was the quality of the Flying Iron Spitfire I would happily pay much more. I did buy their Mk 1 but was sorely disappointed. The Spitfire and Hurricane, and other aircraft from this era are iconic and worth paying good money for. We do need a Griffon engine Spitfire or two in the sim.... Great video as always with a good appraisal of this aircraft. Thank you....
I miss the torque roll on take off. That is part of the Spit experience. I really like my Flight Replicas Spitfire and fly it a lot but I may pause before buying this one. Thanks for your honest review. 👍
Thank you for sharing another great presentation.... Who can go wrong with a Spitfire anyway..... Maybe not as complex or as accurate in it's flight physics as some... But I'm sure I'm not the only one who does flight simulation for fun and and enjoyment--- it's not exactly life or death..... Roger... Pembrokeshire

There ARE other warbirds that can be made. And the ones above are the only ones I can think of, im sure there's more. I dont mean to be ungrateful but 10 variations of spitfire is seriously enough. Just copy pasting a plane and adding a tail hook is a cheeky cash grab.
I don't get why we still keep getting these types of planes in the sim. Sure, people will purchase some to have but are they really getting hours and hours of flight time with these? I'd much prefer to start seeing some good cargo type planes. I own (and fly) the Transall 160 quite a bit but would love to see some of the vintage twin tail cargo planes such as the C-82 or the C-119, both made famous by the movie 'Flight of the Phoenix' (1965 & 2004), both built by Fairchild.
They should have made the latest version, that way it would have been able to stand on its own from the rest of the Spitfires, this one looks just mediocre...

Vintage military is my absolute favorite.

Not really a cash grab - if you don’t like it don’t buy it
@@rev2522 It's their third identical aircraft. It is absolutely a cash grab.
@@theflyingfreja they definitely aren’t identical
Just grabbed it...a tenner can't complain really!

The answer is yes, these fighter planes are much more fun to fly than big boring transport and tubeliner planes.
@Nor0252 I disagree some of the military cargo aircraft can be thrown around just the same.
i’ve spent hours upon hours in my spitfire. i love it.
You don't get why people want to fly one of the most iconic aircraft in history? I'm amazed!
Why can't we have the authentic sounds in so many aircraft we are presented with? Some dervelopers get it right so why can't the rest?
This is reflected in the price later. You want to know how much one would need to pay for a full recording session with a Merlin Spit?
#8 viewer....Thank you again😊 just sad we can’t dogfight in these.
I liked their stuff in FSX/P3D and would love to see their huge DC4 pack make its way to MSFS but they would probably release it s.l.o.w.l.y....

No torque on takeoff, virtually no use of the rudder? Whats the point? Its meant to be a simulator....
It was quite mild for a spit
For ten bucks - I'm gettin' it...
