- The last step of achieving British Citizenship is attending the Naturalisation Ceremony. You need to book the ceremony within 3 months of receiving your invitation from Home Office. It’s really easy to book for the Ceremony online through the link send by your chosen council.There is no extra fee if you intend to join a group Ceremony. On your big day, just arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time with your documents and make your camera ready😀.

Hi thank you for sharing this video.just one question please today I received an email for a ceremony but I didn’t received an email from Home Office yet. Shall I have to wait or I call local council to book an appointment for a ceremony.
Hello, you don’t need to wait for Home Office email. You can book your ceremony with council ,you need the Home Office reference number in hand.
