This build is for in-game content, primarily solo, or 4 man content. You can use it in trials depending on the penetration the group is providing. The 21 is providing a lot of penetration. Many people end up confused as to why their damage doesn't translate to in-game dps. Storm Master is a good set for parsing and a group that is giving all of the necessary penetration.
1 Bar build is slow and low damage in content, always. This build is for noob player with 300-600Cp. With 700 Cp or more, you can use 2 bars and get Massive Damage in content. The new players are horrible because they use this build for all, and They are expelled from the veteran Dungeons and trials. The damage is ridiculous for that content.
So should i bother buying gold road dlc for the mora armor set? I'm using sergeants with deadly strike set, is this new set make you do way more damage? Or about the same damage? How much damage do you do when you land crits?
@JuicyPiickle Mora's is better for solo and 4-player content than Deadly Strike. So is Infallible Aether, Undaunted Unweaver, and many other sets. Deadly is a medium armor set and is only good on the 21m target dummy or in a group that is providing the necessary penetration debuffs to the target. Light armor provides penetration and critical chance. Medium armor provides weapon and spell damage and critical damage. Your damage varies depending on what you are fighting and the buffs and debuffs being provided. If you don't have Gold Road and are looking to add a body set for solo and 4-player content, Infallible Aether is the next best choice.

Oakensoul is highly recommended for a heavy attack build. Sergant's is easy to farm from Wayrest Sewers. Storm Master drops in Tempest Island. Order's Wrath is a good option for a crafted set.

Undaunted Infiltrator, Noble Duelist, Storm Master, Deadly, and Order's Wrath are all good choices. Infallible Aether is my next favorite for solo and 4-player content. It's light armor and drops in the Atherian Archive. A medium armor set, Storm Master, or Deadly would be best for the 21m target dummy or an optimized trials group.
@lordjake2350 It's s fun ultimate to run. The only downside is that you can not heavy attack with your weapon while casting Overload. Imagine if we could use the staff with one hand.... 😆
@JGburneraccount A parsing build is different than a solo / 4 player build. A good parsing build is Sergant's with Storm Master, or Deadly and a full pet build. That can get around 100k. Just because a build is good on the 21m doesn't mean it's good for all content, PvE, Cyrodiil, the City, Battlegrounds, dueling, etc, and vice versa. Specific builds are best for specific things. The 21m doesn't fight back and provides a lot of buff / debuffs you don't always have 100% access to.
@@wingsofoblivion9887 I'm hitting about 90k with a stamina hybrid using Highland. I think my Champion points need to be higher and my rotation is holding me back. Should be able to get 110k after I've leveled up more cheers.

The build that I'm showing is for solo and 4-person content mostly, but it can be run in trials. You'll want to check with your group to see what penetration debuffs are being provided, then adjust accordingly.
Parsing is for the 21m. It's best to use Storm Master, Deadly, or Sentinel in medium armor as the 21m offers a lot of buffs and debuffs, especially penetration. There are many parsing videos available with these setups that parse around 100k. You can run any of those sets in-game, just check with your group / tank to see what penetration buffs / debuffs they are bringing. As for solo, and 4-person, Mora's, or IA is best. Those can be used in a trial as well, but again, you want to check the penetration provided. Bosses have 18.2k resistances.
ESO is an embarrasing bugfest that ZOS doesnt care to fix as long as you keep shoveling money at them. You cant even pvp in cyrodiil cause the lag spikes will eat your inputs. This game is barely more than the failure fallout 76 was, and by the same people. Don't waste your money on this horrible game guild wars is better
@Bloodsaber64 Eso is a MMO. All MMO's have issues. No one will ever say Eso is perfect. However, its the best MMO available. Eso has been going strong for 10 years, MUCH has been added and improved apon during this time. I'm looking forward to the next 10 years!

I've changed my build up bit instead I still do use infallible aethur but I also use Deadly Strike, with oakensoul.

I think power overload is the best ult for heavy attck

If you go pvp replace Mora with Knightslayer? Oblivion is secretly OP an shield stack meta this eats them up.
I would not recommend Knightslayer. There are many sets that are a better choice.

This build is for PvE. I do have some 1 bar PvP builds I made a few weeks ago. The "Godly Burst Damage" build is really strong.
