The arcanist version is by far one of the more busted one. From the get go when I saw class script of 1 crux i immediately think it would be changed during the pts cycle because it would fill that little void of crux generation on a def skill as their own heal skills with crux generation is underwhelming. Now you can have contingency with heal, 1 crux and any min buff you lack. You can now have 3 crux full with just 1 flail attack, this in turn super charges your shield alot more, making you even more tankier than before or if you are a beamer, you can beam with full crux alot more.
Great vids ! - thank you :) what do think about going Healing/Gladiators Tenacity/Resolve, which replaces the small HoT part with 8% damage reduction ?
Thank you! That can work totally fine if you need damage mitigation vs extra heals. For many of the set ups I have currently, this is the only heal on the bar, so the constant extra hot goes a long way over time. However, if you arent hurting at all for the extra hot, the mitigation can work great.

@@Dooma So I tested a sort-of hybrid one-bar necromancer setup in a few BGs. For gear, I was running 5xPlaguebreak, 2xBalorgh, the Master's ice staff, Oakensoul and 2 Trainee pieces. Hi there! Super late response, apologies. Catching up now. I would have to play test it, but I dont think so honestly. Hi there! I checked out most non-class specific combinations on the PTS before setting with the heal version on live. If I remember correctly (very likely I don't 😅), the tool tips were a bit more in a favor of the heal script (with no CP) and then ultimately I liked the idea of contributing to bringing health bars up, rather than stopping then from going down as the utility function of it for PvP. For PvE it has been my 1 heal on my bar for DPS roles, I prefer that over a shield there for sure. For a Healer role, I can totally see the shield morph being strong there. I would imagine the shield version works totally fine either way. There is probably plenty of scenarios where the shield script will actually be a bit better for the situation. I do think that if you were to pick one that is more universal (which is what I tried to do in general for this one), healing script would be the move there.

I did the Indrik quest and got the healing, heal over time, and resolve scripts from the chick. Is that normal or did I get extremely lucky? I did not expect healing contingency to be the first ability I would be able to scribe 😂
Global is short for Global Cool Down (also known as "GCD"). In ESO, our GCD is 1 second. That means we can use 1 ability per second, and then your abilities essentially "go on cooldown" preventing you from using more abilities in that 1 second window. (If you look at most any of my gameplay clips, and look at my bars, I have the GCD represented there for people to see by the greyed out "clock face" that spirals around after every ability press. This lets you visually see the GCD in action.) So to use "2 in a global" is using 2 abilities in 1 global, or 2 abilities in 1 second. Since we can normally only use 1 ability per GCD, Ulfsilds allowing you to use 2 when taking advantage of it's delayed function, is something out of the norm. The closest we could really do before this typically is using an ability at the end of a channeled ability, which isnt quite the same thing.

Nah. Most PVPers don’t know how to properly roll dodge to save their a$$. They just stand there flat-footed spamming burst heals wondering why they are being melted into sludge. BGs have been ruined by cross-heals and overtankiness for about two years. This roll dodge technique won’t change much. I hope the few who have mastered dodge roll weaving find success with it! They have earned it.
@@gonzo9079 Hey there Gonzo. That's not entirely accurate on it's use in that specific case. You can get instant access to it when used "correctly." You reactively dodge roll to avoid various things. Learning to roll weave with contingency gives you instant access to the ability in the same global with the dodge roll . So you essentially do not have to wait a global for its activation, you cheese the priority system a bit, removing the "global wait period" and its a significantly more dense defensive global when used that way. Think of it like light weaving. How you would (Light Attack + Ability) every global and both the light attack and ability happens at the same time. It's the same case here with (Contingency + Dodge Roll). 2 actions in 1 global, giving you immediate access to the heal.
I'm wondering, too. I'm getting very low numbers. But, it's not UA-camr's fault. Why are the ESO devs constantly wanting to nerf any possible strong healing?
This is considered a Mages Guild ability, and is therefore impacted by your Mages Guild passives. I’m sure Dooma had those passives active during this video. Are yours active? This could explain some of the discrepancies, though maybe not all of them.
Hi there! Super late response, apologies. Catching up now. Every one's tool tip will be different depending on their stats. If you are interested in comparing 1:1, I display it in this build to show the exact tool tips you can expect with the same build: ua-cam.com/video/w93WiRmocSE/v-deo.html Great question!
Or perhaps learn to optimize burst damage and quick-kill your opponents? Overhealing and overtankiness certainly is a problem, but the people who moan most about it aren’t the good or even mid-tier players, but those PVPers who cannot kill a toon with more than 20k health remaining. Even as sick as PVP has been, people are still getting their kills in. Folks have adapted to the overtankiness and tons of heals. My NB misses the easy one shots with the bow, but time marches on.

Makes me want to level a new 1 bar bow sorc 🤷🏻♂️
💪 “another one” 😂
don't understand at all. the numbers I get are much much lower. Looks like it was nurfed big time. Please confirm. Thanks.
If your tool tip was lower than what was in the video, than the build you were using had stats that affect healing tool tips that were lower. You cant try to match the tool tips in game without knowing exactly what set up I was using. If you are interested in comparing 1:1, I display it in this build to show the exact tool tips you can expect with the same build: ua-cam.com/video/w93WiRmocSE/v-deo.html
Great question!
ZoS Nerfing this skill in 3, 2, 1...
I can see that happening, too!
@@TatewakiGaming it ZoS do it i want my inks back.
I feel that! Those inks are hard to get. I haven’t had much luck at all. Have maybe 25 of them after a week of farming.
Yep. I hope everyone enjoys it while it lasts.
Can't blame them for it when players always abuse whatever they do to create a meta.
You can never defeat the meta created by players themselves.
Nerf incoming 3-2-1 😂
😅
It is insane heal Activated then turn around use Vigor with is insane heal....
looks absolutly bad for the gane we dont need more ppl not dying and stalemating in pvp
@@TatewakiGaming well tbf i would call myself mid on my current builds but have u seen some cyro groups? running around with about 40k hp and cross healing eo theres no way for me ever to burst somebody like that down even when completly neglegting own tankyness. i've had many stalemate fights with not top tier classes where both parties unable to kill eo. i rly startet playing teso pvp in the no proc 24k hp times thats when using burstwindows would rly kill somebody
@@riseofduckente9868Oh yes. Ball groups are a plague. But a plague that has been there forever. And there are builds to counter those.
Real easy to say when you're not the one dying all the time
Can we be honest and all agree this is definitely pay to win
Nope. Not at all. New features come with expansions. That is how they are added. I’d rather have this method in an MMO than regular, hefty monthly charges in order to play the game.
