Affirmations, or scientific prayers, are powerful tools that can reprogram our minds, transforming our thoughts and beliefs into a source of strength and positivity. By repeating these statements regularly, we instruct our subconscious to adopt these new beliefs, leading to improved mood, confidence, and a restructuring of our very reality. These specific affirmations will activate your embodiment of confidence, self-love, and power.
The music you hear in the background is 4 hertz binaural beats, created when one ear hears a sound at one frequency and the other ear hears a sound at a slightly different frequency,. This difference creates a perceived third sound which is in the theta brainwave range and can help induce deep relaxation and meditative states.

Cried tears of joy like I would for my own sister or friend. I am so,so,so incredibly happy for you while also astonished at how deeply my heart feels for someone I don't know personally.
