I raced Alex in high school, he was the greatest cross country runner I’ve ever seen, he had it all, speed, endurance, power up the hills and ran course records that will probably never be broken.
Aidan Pasley same, I saw him run at the wickham invitational in Meriden. He ran a 14:58 and no one was even within sight of him when he crossed the finish line. It amazed me that that was even possible to be that much better than the field
Spencer Brown told me about you. He had nothing but good things to say about you! He has been doing really well at Georgetown. He broke the 4 minute mile last year! He is a very special person and so are you! I feel like I became his friend through his "my sub4 story" video series on youtube. Congratulations on your running acheivements! I ran on the stanford track for the University of Nevada Reno. They held and invitational in 1986. I ran three events. the four mile relay, first leg, 4:13, first to hand off the baton, 800 meters, 1:52, 2 mile in the last leg of the distance medley, 9:29. I did not really push myself in the 2 mile because the team was in last e place when I got the baton. I told you because you probably would not ask me but I wanted to let you know. Does the track still have sloped turns?
