  • Planting out my tomato plants in my raised bed and using bottles to make watering easier. Also demonstrating how you can make a minimum maintenance tomato bed to save time. Small update on beds and vegetables.

    My poor tomato plants are being devoured by slugs, the first time ever I’ve lost so many. I have spares so hopefully they will be ok. Bed looks great Olivia and they should do well in there. Have an amazing week and happy gardening, Ali 🌥️🇨🇦

    My miracle gro soil bags looked really barky , that’s not a word is it . But it had huge clumps of bark as the main ingredient.

    You could try a spray mix of washing up liquid and water for the black fly demons. What would you think of leaving the caps on the plastic bottles and poking holes in them for a slow release of water to the roots.

      Hello. Thank you for the black fly tip, I will try this out. I have used the bottles with holes on the caps before but mine got clogged up. I’m hopping this works … 🤞🏻
