Why did u mark the 19 an instead of 20 feet
Since 20’ is the outside, I need to mark the 5-1/2” in from the outside to represent the inside of the 2x6

Just got started in framing. Making 18 an hour building completely custom homes. I’m from Michigan. What is top end pay for a framer?
Out here in CO just framing hourly you would top out around 30-40
18 is really good for just starting. What is minimum wage in your state? I started about 9 months ago and have done other things including concrete and trim work as well as a variety of other things. How old are you as well?
Minimum wage here is about 12.50, I’m 20, not sure if you were asking me 🤔

@@Coffmanconstructionimma have to disagree. I’m in boulder Colorado. Maybe 6 months experience pulling $32. Boss told me he pays his leads (guys who actually know what they’re doing) $65. $18/hour with the price of food and gas!!???!?!? Holy suck fest!!!!
