I just took a class and was falling off both sides. How do you keep your balance when you start to fall over? Is it the same for plaining and flying? I see you said put your arm out and look the way you want to go but at 6:06 you are reaching looking left but I see the board turning right on right edge. thanks!

Thanks. Where is the pivot point on the Waydoo board? I prefer to ride a narrow stance with equal front and back foot pressure for level flight. Having trouble figuring out were to center my stance at

Hey Great question! as for a stance of course it is a bit different for everyone but more less the Waydoo rides well with your back foot in the center of the battery (where the battery clips are) and its really up to you where you put the front foot and your speed. Cheers, Chris

Would like to see Alan Ritchson on that. If he manages to go, then i believe i could.

When standing up would your front foot be your dominant foot?

IMO, it would seem that you just do what works. Call your feet whatever you want to call them - whatever works.

What was shown is appropriate for a beginner's instruction video. A sales video would no doubt look very different.

medical operations are not advised while efoiling.

I set the speed to 10 to start and get to my feet, then go to 12 to foil.

I am a little bit worried about buying an e-foil - because after trying it once - 2 sessions on a small beachside pond in Phuket - it seemed too easy. So not much to master. I am 60 YO. May be better to rent for 10 sessions, claim victory for competence, get some selfie videos... and move on. hmmm.... Its a bit like an electric one-wheel (looks impressive - but too easy).

Wow! Instruction without a buoyancy aid? Amateur!!

    • @Racklefratz

Whoa - the BOARD was the "buoyancy aid". At what point in the video did the presenter actually NEED another "buoyancy aid"? I must've missed that part. Seemed to me she did quite well in the fall demo.
Amazing how our society has been so mowed over by the leftist "we know better than you" movement you people just let it happen.
When did you last have an independent thought?

Tell the family of the Adler girl who died in Biscayne Bay after getting hit by the 70 year old boater driving an overpowered skiff. They might have a different view.

Right. Cherry-pick your favorite accident and use it to justify whatever you want in the name of "safety". Despite what nanny-staters think, there's no way they'll ever be able to save all of us from ourselves.

    • @lynleytownsend4215

Theres also safety regarding where you choose to learn and ride these. Not a good idea to ride where there is active boat traffic

@@lynleytownsend4215 : Learning where there is active traffic is a bad idea... an experienced, competent, responsible rider should be capable of making their own decisions.
