WORKING LINK - musescore.com/user/30302322/scores/5522964 Made this out of boredom a while back, this was the very first cadence I’ve made and I never thought people would actually see this lmao, so don’t expect much, thank you for the feedback though:)
I'm going to be the drumline captain for my drumline next year and I think this is a great cadence! Is there any way that I could get your permission to play this in my drumline? I'm not going to post anything online or anything but I just wanted to get your permission before I taught it to my drumline.
You’re saying that as if something here says that, the tenor literally has a solo. I’m in Drumline and I haven’t once heard that. I don’t know what school you go to but join Drumline in college, tenors are respected. It’s literally the hardest drum to play on the Drumline, I play snare. Snares stand out, bass drums are the loudest, tenors were built for solos, respect your instrument.
ua-cam.com/video/nX8fDKoJ_W4/v-deo.html this cadence you might like, tenor. Tenors are like the lead and when Drumline plays it they’re in front of snares because of the amount of leads and solos. I’m a snare, I respect all of the drums, as well as my part.
@@FlashDrive356 well technically tenors can also be called quints or quads depending on the amount of toms that are connected to the harness. Toms are traditionally apart of a drum kit.
nice cadence. would love to see if my line can play it this year. Can I get a working link to the music? the one in the description only takes you to musescore, not the music.
hey im the new percussion captain of my school band for next year and i was wondering if you could let me use this? if you do let me can you send me a link to the music so i can print it out please and thank you!!
Id suggest removing the rim click and bass drums but keeping the snare accents the first repeat of the B section, the have add both the rimclicks and the basses on the the second repetition to go into B2

@@ryanfrancis4224 Sick dude. Thanks so much.
Im going to learn this within a month or 2
love how it has that “D&K” part, amazing
I’m definitely gonna play this next marching season
Did you ever play it
Play this at x1.25 speed. This is a bop
‘Tis a bop
Play this at 2x speed, 'tis an old clanking motorcycle.
*.5x* is the audio no-no square!
0:53 at 2x speed, I present to you Mr. Krabs walking
Hella agree
Showing this to drumline, tenors are gonna love it
Love the snare part
Wow, I wish that I could play it on snare. Sounds groovy.
shouldnt be too hard mostly just 16th notes you can do it 💪🏻
Hardest part is the 6th tuplets and I found counting them 1ee-e+a was best
This sounds great!
Play this at 2x speed, 'tis an old clanking motorcycle.

As always snare gets all the real love, and tenors are told "you're bad"

@@TheBatmanMonomaniac lmao it’s all in good fun man, I was just implying the tenor part was pretty simple compared to the snare.

my school actually has a really hard quads part compared to the snare part I think
dude the toms (quints/quads?) from 16 to the end are suh-weeeetuh!!!
Tenors, that are tenors.

It has a sick tenor solo
Our drumline’s playing it this year
@@TheBatmanMonomaniac This is not Jig 2 from how I've heard it played, but my school may just play it differently.
@@TheBatmanMonomaniac Ah, alright, I've just never heard them called that.

sorry for the random time, gotta test something😅
Amazingggg
Bless u brother 😢
Played at .5 speed, it sounds like a cadence for a formation shuffle in a mech parade.
I dig it, though I wonder if all the notation is right. I defer that opinion to percussionist UA-camrs like @EMCProductions

Why
OK DONT CARE WIPE MY ASS ALSO
The original breakcore
You snuck drumline in there I see
The tenor solo is kinda like an inverted D&K
Can i play this part?, this is so cool
I can’t figure out how to write bass unisons
0:45 IS THIS THE BEAT FROM DRUMLINEEEEEE?!?!?!
yes
I think it's A&T drumline
Is there anyway i can get the sheet music without paying
*0.25x playback speed* is what it sounds like getting a MRI...
awe
Soul Cacdence
whats the app and how do you make this
I'm not him, but I'll answer. It's musescore
Sticking pls?
so much better than jig 2
Play it at 1.75 speed it’s insane
weird notations in measure 5 basses. Why all the rests? Like why not just a quarter note on beat 4?
You don’t got to play exactly how it’s written
