Comparing Mumbai to Pune is like comparing apples with oranges! Rents have now increased even more.. If u want to buy such an apartment currently it might be somewhere around 1.30 crores. In pune u can buy a spacious 2bhk Or even 3 bhk in this price. One more thing as the new metro has come up rents have gone up by 15 to 20 per cent.
OMG! 34000 for 1bhk. Seriously? Why do people from outside live in Mumbai. The houses are tiny for the price, the traffic is bad, the weather is hot and humid. Seriously I do not see a single reason to live in Mumbai. Counter arguments are welcome.
People coming from outside Mumbai are here only for one reason that's job opportunities and second would be how glamourous Mumbai seems to be for them. Just how in New York, renting an apartment goes around 3000k dollars on average and still people be paying that much to have NY lifestyle. I live in Mumbai since birth and for me, Mumbai it's my lifeline but yes I still don't get how outsiders are affording to pay rents this high.
if she can afford 34K rent then definitely she should be drawing a handsome salary. As for the hot n humid weather, you are most welcome to go and stay in switzerland 🤣
City like noida with good job opportunity and world class infrastructure . I can afford 3 bhk 1 car and maid with facility including gym and swimming pool in 34 k . The only from is polution and no night life otherwise in all aspects it outperform Mumbai .
1 bhk for 450 sqft is amazing for Mumbai.. Soon they will give 3 bhk for such size and charge 60 years salary in Mumbai. Mumbai the place of looters and Stockholm syndrome residents
All the artifacts and paintings make the living room look cluttered, chaotic, and distracting. Less is more if living in a small house; minimalism is the key. I would either pack or sell off most of the frames or identify one wall and fill up only that wall with artifacts and paintings - call it my Creative Wall or Art Wall - this will make the living room look more spacious and free flowing of energy - try it, and you’ll feel the difference. BTW, as someone else pointed out, you two make a cute couple, tee-hee.
amenities is just a show off !! seriously how many people go to the gym every single day or to the swimming pool every single day !! id rather take a club membership and use the facilities and live in one such building with the basic stuff like the security, accessibility to public transportation and everyday needs, lift and 24 hrs water. This girl is smart.
