I just bought one. Confirming how informative and great this channel is. If I had any constructive criticism, it would be to leave your face and body out of the thumbnails. Just a nice picture of the bike / product and a straightforward non clickbaity title. Then when people click the video they're surprised that they're greeted with an Australian hunk, instead of kinda cringing at the youtuber making a fool of himself.
You will like it. Nice and small. I normally try my best to find flaws in things but this one just worked really. I appreciate your kind words very much! I quite like making the thumbnails how I have at the moment, they make me chuckle. especially my chain waxing guide. I am willing to try some cleaner ones though and see. so after next week I will test some other thumbnails out. One last thing, I am English not Australian 😉
Solid device. Have one as well. Have not had to use it on the road and has been in a ziplock bag in my saddle bag (not waterproof) for 3 months and is still green. I do try to check battery often despite never having used it on the road.
Great review! I have had the CycPlus unit for a while and have had the opportunity to use it on the road twice. It is absolutely dependable and works as advertised. I typically run at 80psi on 28mm Conti GP 5000 tires. The CycPlus unit is definitely good to get the tire inflated once to close to that pressure, however, certainly not a second inflation. I carry this in my jersey pocket and then 2 CO2 canisters in my saddle bag.
When I travel, I always bring along my CycPlus compact pump. It easily fits inside my luggage, making it perfect for overseas or interstate trips. It's much more convenient than packing a collapsible track pump.
Hey Jason on related subject I have been reading in a lot people using sealant with tubes. It seems to work according to many. What are your or other reader thoughts on that?
It’s a really good question I unfortunately don’t know the answer too. I have also heard anecdotally that it works but never put it to the test. I am going to read into it a little over the next week and if I find anything really interesting I will make a vid on it 🤙
I don’t think I am personally sold on it. Not for road biking anyway. If you have a puncture/ slow puncture then you get your tyre back up to a rideable pressure. The precision doesn’t matter so much anymore. Maybe more for MTB and gravel where you might want to change your tyre pressure it would be more useful I think.
I would say they are closer to riding latex than butyl. But still inbetween the two. More supple than butyle but not as supple as latex. I hope that helps
Sorry, I totally misread your first message! I did my testing in this video on the ride now Tpu tubes. Heated it up 4 times for the testing and seemed to be ok. I was a bit worried but I think unless you are doing it back to back, one offs here and there are all good from my testing.

You have very beautiful hands Jason 😂
😂😂 thanks Fede
You didn't receive one to review yet?
Looks like they gave one to almost every cycling youtuber so they can get really effective free adds on it!
What's these p s i in bar?
What's it like with tpu inner tubes ?
I would say they are closer to riding latex than butyl. But still inbetween the two.

Just on a different note can I ask what tyres are you using
These are the continental gp5000 with the tan walls. The original, no str/ astr / tttr.
They are hard to find but look really nice!
Don't worry about me getting a tired arm, I've been single all my life
😂
Don't think I would trust that compared to a mini pump.
So far so good for me. Feels very robust. I have 1 co2 in the saddle bag as a back up for this.
