Fresh is not healthier. In fact, freezing helps to preserve the nutritional content.
This is 100% true, I came here to say this, flash frozen > "fresh" produce. Keeping food fresh like it looks in stores takes much more preservatives than keeping it frozen and preserved via physical processing rather than chemical.

Frozen fruit retains its nutritional value better because they're frozen pretty quickly after being picked and they're picked when they're ripest. Fresh fruit is usually picked before it's fully ripened so it won't be overripe when it hits the grocery store. Because they're picked early, they won't have as much nutritional value as frozen fruit that's picked when fully ripe. In general the nutritional difference can be pretty negligible, but frozen fruits have been shown to have higher levels of antioxidants.
You should include that fresh fruits will hold their texture better after blending compared to frozen. Since the cells are bursted in frozen fruit due to the water expending, they will turn to a liquid faster than fresh fruit after being blended.

Frozen fruit is generally accepted to be healthier than fresh, as frozen fruit is picked ripe and frozen immediately, while fresh are picked well before they are ripe so they don’t become spoiled before getting to the grocery store.

Actually generally frozen vegetables and fruits are more healthy. They're frozen when they're fully ripe and will keep all nutrients meanwhile "fresh" fruit are usually picked before they're ripe, kept in storage for up to a year in a nitrogen rich environment so they don't ripen, then just before they get to the store are flooded with air and certain chemicals that make them start to ripen again.

Typically frozen berries are not any less healthier than regular berries because they are instantly freeze dried and their properties are preserved.

According to a certified nutritionist for the state of Minnesota strawberries that are frozen have negligible difference in the amount of nutrition that they give. All the way up to the 1950s this would have been vastly different because they used a slow freeze method which would destroy some of the essential nutrients and vitamins. However ever since they invented the flash freezing method a lot of the nutrition is perfectly preserved.
If I remember correctly frozen is actually healthier than "fresh" because fresh gets harvested and then it's transported and sits out. Where as the frozen gets frozen soon after being harvested and it helps to lock in the vitamins and minerals.
One study comparing frozen produce with fresh and fresh-stored (5 days of refrigeration) produce found all three to be comparable in nutrients. I actually appreciate you putting other meassurements link ml or °C but for cocktails it's actually way more common to use centilitre or cl instead of ml. So maybe it would be nice to use that but 1cl is just 10ml so us doing the maths isn't that difficult to do either. Just thought it'd maybe be interesting to you

A lot of people have already said it, but “fresh” fruit is less healthy than frozen. The idea that frozen food is bad/worse for you may have been true a long time ago, but with modern flash-freezing techniques, frozen food is almost always the healthier option.
I put “fresh” in quotations, because yeah, nothing will beat eating fruits & vegetables, like, right out of the farm, as soon as they turn ripe. But when we say “fresh” colloquially, we usually mean “not frozen, at the supermarket,” and by then, it’s already been sitting out for awhile.
I’ve seen some studies that say fresh fruit & vegetables can already lose up to 80-90% of the vitamins/nutrients after only 2 days.
