It’s so lovely up there. Nice when we have these gems so close to home, awesome for a last minute camp cause it’s close, free and you don’t need to book. Thanks for tuning in ❤️
What days were you guys up there? I headed up about 11am Monday and stayed the night near The Pines. I did drive through though. Lost the lens cap for my new DSLR camera somewhere between that waterfall and the dam as well, photos on my Facebook and Insta. Those leaches are a mongrel and I was lucky not to have any, this time. As for the tad poles and waterfalls there are plenty around the area. There is a small waterfall between The Pines and Turpentine campgrounds, another dam between The Pines Camp and Picnic area and more up further.
I think this footage was from June! My laptop broke so we weren’t able to edit stuff for ages. Got a new laptop for my birthday so we can finally pop up some more videos. Such a nice easy getaway for us being so close to home. A really pretty area isn’t it (could live without the leeches though).
@@Vinceventuring yeah I was a little further south a couple weeks back (video coming) and copped 3, 1 of them made it to skin and was having a feed through my sock over night. I found him about 4:45am when I got up for the toilet. My machete found him after that. Being on the Central Coast it's my back yard too. I love the place and so much to see and do. I've done the waterfalls such as Gap Creek and Abbott's Falls too, beautiful walks. That trail you guys were on is a full loop and comes out in The Pines Picnic area.
Another nice clip guys, The Pines is almost my back yard. Cheers Steve
