A nice piece of budget tech I found for Zinnia is release to the wind! Unlike normal blink effects this one let's you pay for the offspring cost again getting you double value!

So you can cast this on the end step before your turn then cast the creature on your turn and you only have to pay 2 mana to get the creature and your offspring token! It's definitely much better than a bounce spell as long as you are using it on a creature with MV >2

Quick suggestions: Solitude and Fury do work, since you can offspring them even off evoke, and blink them when you can hard cast them. Professional Facebreaker is noted here for good reason Nesting Dovehawk populates Offspring every combat, and since it can copy it's Offspring trigger, it goes tall and wide quickly. Esper Sentinel is almost always a good card to offspring. Minimal tax, but having 4 separate triggers really staxes out your opponents. And Anointed Procession doubles all your triggers from Offspring. Mondrak as well, since more tokens is more fun. Warleader's Call is also good here, since it's not base power, so it's a big buff and a lot of possible damage from all the tokens coming in.

Loving the deck tech but you've got one cheap card that imo is a big miss from your list - Cayth, the famed mechanist. She's populate on a stick that also brings in 1/1s to empower both zinnia and your Burn sources when creatures ETB as well as more fodder for ashnod's altar. With cayth and ashnod's in play, you've already paid your next offspring cost regardless of if you want to keep a creature in play and you can really churn your hand when you need to. Also, Nesting Dove Hawk is probably an auto include as every turn your board isn't wiped, you're doubling up on them AND growing them bigger. Can really take over a board if left unchecked
Something interesting could be Mockingbird from this set! Its a clone that cares about "mana spent" to cast it and because offspring is an additional cost, you can pay 1U+2 for offspring snd get two copies of a 4 cmc creature!
You'd only get there increased cost on the original, as offspring is an additional cost that enables an ETB. the token copy wasn't "paid for" like a spell copy would be.
I read up on offspring rules. Doesn’t work with disguise or morph since face-down copies are created face-up and thus can’t turn. You also gotta be careful with how you copy an offspring spell because sometimes you’ll only get one token since the offspring mechanic works by creating a copy IF the cost is paid, doesn’t matter how many instances you bought it at one time on the stack.

Interesting choice for a blink strategy. I build more my budget zinnia with a tokens strategy but some of your choicie could be also be added on the tokens or just dupplicate effect juste because...The effect stupidly good (the drake, paladium myr who was by far more budget than alshmo'd altar in my range of price of 3euros or less)

While fun, I think focusing so heavily on blink with Zennia is the wrong way to go. Especially considering that you can't offspring stuff that way and you're having to cut creatures with ETB effects to supplement that blinking.
Wouldn't you be able to offspring Agate Instigator twice if you have the mana, once of it's own ability and once from Zinnia? So if you cast it you can make 2 copies, and those 3 total casts can all be demonstrated twice so you'd have 9 in total?
Yes the legend rule would kick in. However any ETBs the legendary token had would still enter the stack (some legend ETBs are worth paying the offspring cost).
man i was gonna say that you copied my list a bit but you just added brudiclad. Great card to add and def slept on, especially in zinnia to just create a bunch of good tokens into play and brudiclad it out
It's not about combo, it's about fun. Zinnia already has a double etb triggers built in , so you can make it a blink jeskai deck to benefit even more from etbs. Not a lot of jeskai deck are leaning that much into etb
@5:10 you say you can copy Meneldor, Swift Savior with the offspring from Zinnia that that is not correct becsosue Meneldor, Swift Savior is legendary so the legendary rule would apply to the copy and you will have to pick one to stay on the battlefeild the other will die.
Play used only artifact? you have discounts with 6 cards, you have two mana ramps that would be like 4 with commander, and you even end up paying 0, 4 tutors, several good draws, 1 artifact that bounces to your hand and one that increases the cost of non-artifact spells by 1, then 3 creatures that think for damage, a cost 4 7/7, a with 3rw that does effect damage, and an artifact at cost x that takes +x+x equal to what you paid, and with the discounts it already means at least a 4/4 without tapping mana, but also more than 4 discount, you even end up having a discount of 10/11 thanks to mycosynth
Offspring works the best if the Creatures you cast hat ETB triggers, since Offspring itself triggers on ETB so Panharmonicon effects are extremely good in Zinnia. And if you play a lot of ETB effects, blink is also pretty good. Yes, you don't get more offspring tokens but you still can get additional value from creatures that otherwise do nothing anymore aside attack or block.
Evoke + offspring + blink synergizes nicely especially with ETB creatures. Two different mechanics that have tension can work together if tied together with another interaction
@@jesseworsfold3061 sure, Evoke is good with Offspring, that's just one mechanic that encompasses a small handful of playable cards. I still don't bother running any blink packages in my Zinnia because it's just not synergistic enough.

Populate is when a creature is CAST, so coming back from exile, “creating,” and things like that, DO NOT COUNT, it has to be cast. It says that specifically, others you could populate until you run out of mana since you could populate the token that is coming into play; but since it isn’t not cast, you cannot.

Quick suggestions:
