I want to apologize to you Natalie. Years ago I gave you a hard time about… I think it was a similac sponsorship…
Confession 🙋🏻‍♀️ my disordered eating was “orthorexia” basically wanting to be SO HEALTHY, that it becomes unhealthy and eating anything not perfect would cause major anxiety. Not an excuse for my comments.
7 years into this career and comments still get to me 😅 so I am so sorry for contributing to the “you’re not doing it right” comments/messages. You’re one of my favorite internet people ever! And I would never want to hurt your feelings 😔

“Coziness in the Chaos.” Love this attitude. I have been simplifying for 6 years and I still have chaos. If you have a desire to serve, to learn, to grow there will eventually come some chaos. Thank you for sharing your perfectly imperfect, happy, crazy, changing, growing life. Wishing you a happy 2022 with joy and fulfillment in all your new ventures. I have absolutely no advice for you for what to put on your blog but I have experienced that it is always better to be completely true to yourself even if it hurts. Your “thin skin” allows you to feel deep joy along with the pain, it gives you sensitivity that allows you to be compassionate and forgiving to the many faults within us all, and most of all within you exists a deep well of love that so easily brims to the surface only because that surface skin is so thin. Please don’t put yourself down for feeling pain, you are a confident, strong, intuitive woman and your vulnerability is more admirable than all the power in the world. #nataliebennettisablogger

I have been a "quiet" subscriber for a while, not commenting, but enjoying your content over time. Over the years you've sweetly shared with us the ups and downs of life - and through it all giving glory to God - and always reminding us of His power and love in our lives. I want to thank you for your genuinely subtle discipleship. The past couple of months your videos have brought me to tears, watching and being able to witness your testimony of answered prayers. I feel that is what we ALL need to hear right now...a kind reminder that He is and does watch over us. Plus, the way you honored your grandmother's memory in all the little ways you did, spoke BIG to my heart, reminding me to take the "time" to cherish and visit with loved ones. All that being said, in your new blog (CONGRATS!), I would love to see a section on "Answered Prayers." I find great, immense joy in seeing the ways Chrsit works in everyone's life...it's inspiring, it's lovely, and it's a constant reminder in this crazy time we're living through that He still reigns above all. May this year bring you great joy, love, healing and progression towards your personal and family goals.🥰

I’m in my 30th year now and all I can say is “wow!”. The mental growth I have experienced in what matters and doesn’t, my priorities, and values has seemed to shift overnight. “Growth” is my focus word for this year and I look forward to the ways I can contribute to that in my personal life - I have a few hobbies I want to explore and a blog to start (excited to see yours take off!), with my family, and my professional trajectory. I love “hanging out with you” over UA-cam as I’m cleaning or making my kids lunch or whatever. Thank you for sharing your life as you do.
Good for you aiming to care less what people think of you. I can’t imagine what it’s like dealing with criticism. So healthy and important to set emotional boundaries to protect yourself. And it’s awesome you and Weston will be serving in youth. Middle/high school is such an important age. And I can’t think of better role models than you guys.
Aside from wanting to get my house more picked up consistently (difficult with 1, 3 and 5 year olds 🤪), I’d like to have consistent quiet times (again, enter children and distractions).
My word for this year is CHERISH. I struggled sooo badly with PPD last year. Being pregnant through the height of the pandemic (March-December 2020) in isolation and all those stresses of being 3,500 miles away from family did a number on my mental health. If it wasn’t for the Lord pulling me through, I don’t know how I’d do it. All that to say, I want to just pause to cherish the sweet moments with my family, set aside the anxiety and just take in what God has blessed us with.
    Happy New Year!

Becca: I feel your isolation. I had a baby in April 2021. We quarantined pretty hard during most of my pregnancy. It was very hard and lonely(I had 2 miscarriages before that). Today I was just so grateful when I held my 8 month old baby. Tears fell down my face as I cherished her and that moment. It was a sweet day.
Good luck to you momma. I've got a 17,14,11year old girls then a 7yo boy then or 8 month old baby girl. Life is crazy and scary, but full of joy too. I've been seeing a therapist to help me heal mentally. I'm grateful for my Savior who I can lean on for peace and strength. Good luck!

I love the new branding “simple living”. Over the last few years I’ve learned as a Christian that it’s the best option to live a simplified life not only as an overwhelmed house wife but in all aspects of life. It really allows me to focus on things and people that are important to me. I would love to see on your blog printables (all kinds), motherhood motivation, simple and put together outfit ideas (with links to where to buy them), quick and easy meals. I know that you are going away from mommy content but honestly as a busy mom I look for things that motivate me to not lose myself as a wife and mother. I also enjoy all the fun holiday ideas you do with your kids. Just a few ideas and I can’t wait for the blog! #Natalieisablogger😉

Your goal to care less about what others think absolutely comes naturally as you enter your 30’s! I had a great time in my 20’s preparing for a career and my 30’s have been the BEST years of my life. So much personal growth happens in our thirties when we are willing to put in the work. Luckily, the not caring so much about what others think seems so natural you hopefully won’t have to work on that much. Cheers to an amazing year and decade in your wonderful 30’s.

I love the rebrand! I have always been a fan of the “simple living” movement. The words hygge, cozy, and family all come to mind when I think of simple living. Minimalism has saved my home environment but simple living has saved my family’s relationships. Congratulations on starting a blog, how exciting!! I am excited to follow along as you being your homesteading journey and I’m excited read what you share about the dos and donts of homesteading as your family learns and grows. It is good to hear you address your overall minimalism concept, and to know that you aren't claiming diehard "minimalism" in your living philosophy, but instead, are striving to create and maintain simplicity in your life. I am essentially minimalist in my basic lifestyle too, but instead of using that word, I more appropriately say I am living simply. I look at this as a more honest approach, and it removes fuel for negative criticism from strict minimalists.

Natalie, you are a GIFT!!! I want you to know Holy Spirit speaks through you so beautifully, and you serve as a spectacular example of what it looks like to love your family and live out this honorable role as a homemaker, too! God has transformed my life with the mindset and healthy habits of minimalism, also. From there, I realized, as a free spirit, whimsical, spontaneous individual, cleaning did not come naturally to me. ALTHOUGH, one day I saw a “clean with you” video, and I saw sheer delight and the radiant spirit you had while making your home beautiful and sparkling, for your family and yourself, and the Lord shifted my mindset right then and there!!! I thought, “What, cleaning doesn’t have to feel like a burden or this drudgery work!????”. I literally looked up one of your videos to see what happy smelling kitchen counter spray you use, because I discovered scents really do enhance an environment-I only use naturally products, so I was grateful to learn from you there as well! As a recovering people pleaser myself, be encouraged by a scripture Holy Spirit highlighted to me, which is one of my life verses, “When a person’s ways please the Lord, He [God] makes even that person’s enemy to live at peace with him/her.” Prov. 16 Praise Jesus!!!! You are amazing Sister, love you, stay encouraged!!!!

YES! I can’t wait for your blog! I love seeing recipes, kids crafts, homeschooling, and your Amazon favorites. I think most people like when the recipe is at the top of the page rather than the bottom. If I follow the blogger, I’ll read the story about the recipe but most of the time having the recipe at the top is so much better in my opinion. I think having an Amazon’s favorites blog posts would be helpful since you do live simply. If you do suggest something I have been eyeing or interested in, I look into the brand that you recommend. Thank you, Natalie, for being such a breath of fresh air! I love that you are keeping things real, and God-centered! One reason I usually don’t follow blogs too much is because people fill their pages with ads and pop-up videos. It’s frustrating to me to try to read an article, or click on a Pinterest page, and all these ads and pop-ups start taking over the page. I usually end up just closing the page. So my humble request for the blog would be to keep it simple and cozy, and far from all the ads. 😊 Best wishes for an exciting new year of changes for you and your beautiful family. 🙏🏼❤️ #natalieisablogger 😉😉😉😉

Hi Natalie, since I've become a mama I love to watch your videos and I'm always really thrilled to watch new content uploaded by you. On the blog I would love to see some personal mom-life struggles. I've been lately thinking about the fact that I'm never alone and don't get me wrong, I love my kid and wouldn't want it any other way. But at the same time I sometimes have the urge to spend one day alone (even without my husband). Would love to read some advice / thoughts on these mom-life moments that people feel guilty/uncomfortable to talk about. Easy to put together recipes would be nice and decluttering is a must :) Oh and since you let your kids use TV/ipad - some recommendations on educational apps/games for kids on these devices. Can't think of anything I wouldn't want to read on your blog, since I always enjoy your content. Must say I really loved the episode of you talking to your mom for Motherhood May (?) - it might be interesting to have her perspective compared to yours on some subjects. Like an advice column :D #natalieisablogger ;) ;) ;) ;)

Dont worry about those thoughts. I think every mom has those too. There is no one that is 24/7 happy by being the picture perfect (and expected) wife and mom. The sad thing is really, that is hard to talk about bc there are always people reacting towards it as if you are not grateful for your child and marriage, which is not true or meant by those thoughts at all.

Hi Natalie! Normally I just watch you videos without commenting because I always think it won’t be seen or make a difference. However, since you provide us with some much encouragement in this video I wanted to encourage you. Since I stumbled upon your channel, you have inspired me and encouraged me as a mom, a wife, a Christian and so much more. Thank you for your honesty and transparency in your videos. Thank you for always giving me a place to have a mom break where I can recharge and be encouraged. ♥️

The “throwback Natalie” footage was so sweet! Love that you and Weston are jumping back into youth min. Will be praying for your students and church family. Excited to cheer you on into the new year with all your goals. Would love to see printables or devotionals/words of wisdom on your website. DIY project before and afters are also a blog favorite. #Natalieisablogger

I have watched you for quite some time and absolutely love your content. As a mom that is in the next stage of life (my kids are 18 and 17) i at first thought that I would not really fond anything in common with you.
But video after video you have proven me wrong in that thought. You have brought us all into your home , shown the unfiltered version of what really happens with small kids. And for that I am truthfully grateful .
On this video I did have to skip past when you suggested. I have extreme body issues from past emotional abuse. And also loosing over 100lbs and thinking that I am still that size. But I am trying to come to terms with that battle daily and my "resolution" is to be a healthy me. No matter what they may look like I have to work on what is best for me.
Love the new branding !!!! It will open your loving home to many more people that may need your positive outlook to brighten their day .
As far as blog content.. maybe favorite books or movies. Recipes that are favorites and you want to share ?
Other than that keep up the amazing work #Natalieisablogger

You're in such an exciting season right now. May God bless the Bennetts in 2022 ❤

Natalie, you are so sweet and gifted. Continue to let God use you in the way he has- creative, disciplined, and articulate.
The word you are looking for: “We shall see”- is actually “Flexible Thinking”- The older we become, the less rock brain we should be, bend with gravity and learn to embrace obstacles, challenges, and be flexible for God’s will, as YOU-NOR WE, are truly in control, but HE who is KING!!
God Bless you and your family. Keep it coming!! 🙏🏼❤️❤️

I love seeing lots of pictures and templates for us who also “love to check things off a list”! I think having a decent amount of different topics is better, while also focusing on the things you want to write about! Gardening, minimalism, homeschooling, cooking, cleaning, home improvement. What I don’t like to see is someone writing about things that they aren’t passionate about! It’s clear to me when someone loves what they are talking about, so please focus on what you love! Quality>quantity of categories, posts, and words. #NatalieisaBlogger😉😉😉

I am on a journey on finding the right foods to eat too. The other day I landed on the biblical nutritionist and I’ve loved her opinions and advice on food so far. I’m also turning 30 this year too!! I agree. We have to be happy with ourselves and what God has given us. We can’t give others long term happiness. Only God can do that. Blessing for y’all this year!!

Congratulations on your website! #natalieisablogger

It was around my 35th that I really took the philosophy of I’m happy with me and I didn’t care what other thought. It was more about my body image, but it has carried over in other aspects of my life. Good for you to have that self awareness. I define minimalism as having just enough for your life and being able handle what you have. I love the concept of inventory. Inventory may increase or decrease depending on the season of your life, but as long as it can be handled, then your good. Many, many blessings to you and your family in 2022.

Happy New Year Natalie! Love your UA-cam channel and your sincerity and vulnerability. You are truly an encouragement to Moms everywhere. I love the simplified approach to this new year. I've felt a tug on my heart to get closer to God( by being more intentional with spending time with Himand reading His Word),to declutter(which will take work since I've always been a packrat.😊),and living a more simplified life too. I feel with technology and social media we speed through life with our minds rushing from one thing to another and miss out on spending more time resting in God's presence or or with our loved ones or just being in God's creation marveling at His beauty that shines through. I'm always trying to check off all the boxes for working, raising my adolescent daughters, going back to school, reading the Bible, serving God in different areas of my life, etc. I want to intentionally enjoy each day I'm given and give myself permission to really rest in the Lord and get restored by being in His presence..I'm looking forward to your upcoming blog. Content I'd like to see is: simplifying life, faith-building, easy weeknight recipes, decluttering motivation, diy home projects, and Mom life content, etc. #rachelbennettisablogger 😊

Hi Natalie!! Congratulations on your Website. Hard work and consistency pays off. I've been following you now for about 11 months. You are one of the most genuine down to earth person you tuber I've seen. I have alot of respect for the way you handle your viewers, your channel and your homelife. You are an inspiration. I started following at a time in my life that I really needed some kind of positive energy and incentive to see the simple and good things in life. I lost my son in April 2021 suddenly and I couldn't even concentrate on anything in life . It's still a struggle but you seem to have the personality and surreal attitude that kept me interested and help me to at least try to want to push the holidays and realize that I need to care for me in order to care for the rest of my family. Thank you... excited about your blog. Would love to see more home improvements , DIYS and just everyday real life videos. Love the organizational ideas and how to apply your ideas and goals into your own business/lifetime goals. 😊 proud of you

I definitely can relate to being a people pleaser but over the past year i have gotten better. One thing that helped me is really looking deep into my heart and asking why i cared so much about others opinions. What i realized is it was rooted in my pride. I wanted to be perceived a certain way and it made me uncomfortable when i thought people saw me differently . Its a work in progress❤

I always find encouragement in watching your videos. I struggle with anxiety and your videos are always very calming to me right down to the peaceful and most times Christian music that you pick! I am also a Christian that it another thing I enjoy about your channel how open you are about your faith! Something I would love to see on your blog is helpful tips about being content in the little things. How you shifted your mindset. A phrase you use a lot is “ using what I have” projects don’t need cost money, and things don’t always have to be Pinterest worthy. These are the things that really hit home with me in your videos! I need to be more content in my life and not live up to others expectations. Another idea is budgeting tips! Thank you for being so open and genuine. God bless you and yours in 2022!

My word for the year is Release. Release control, release the feeling of having to make everyone happy, release clutter. It stems from me wanting To help others so much that I am neglecting myself to the point that it’s effecting my own health and well-being. If I released more of the things that don’t serve me, I would have time to serve my own spirit and health
