Been playin similar version of Bossk before - would love to ask you:
1) Black sun vs Disabling fang fighter -> Black sun is only sentinel and you dont care about surviving mostly but pushing damage, and disabling has much bigger value against sabine/boba or even mando etc? Just knowing I have this for the bounty guild to find and destroy upgrade is priceless.
2) Why no experience bounty? Its biggest value in the Bossk turn suddenly have 6/8 Bossk and boosting punishing one to 5/6 and ready is amazing or even Toro to push it out of takedown range.
3) Why IG and no Trandoshan Hunters? If you set up Trandoshan, you can kill any 7hp leader, or use it to push dmg via overwhelm? IG is much more situational with its ability? I'm trying now 1 and 1 to see the power of IG.
Agree with most you mentioned, especially after tryin Kylo, he's amazing. Either kills any leader via ECL or it's just a big threat that opponent needs to adress or its 8 to base next turn.
DFF vs black sun - I would lean black sun. Sentinel is hugely important in a number of matchups. That being said the ability to fetch upgrade removal is a big deal and may be a good replacement for confiscate out of board
Rich reward - All the other bounties are significantly better. I could see maybe replacing death mark for it, but the advantages provided elsewhere have been stronger and I am not sure there is room for more
Trandoshan - I don't think these are realistically playable. After the bossk turn I am almost never playing bounties and IG-11 takes down just about everything up to that point and can trade up much more effectively as well as answering a wider board if needed. I believe trandoshan is the more situational option.
love this video, been playing bossk since set 2 released and i love it, have you considered putting pirate battle tank in there? can smuggle it and the sentinel on it has saved me countless times
I have had success with battle tank in other decks, but here I would rather Maul to push damage if possible. If it can get on the board fast enough to help stabilize against Sabine, I wouldn't mind trying it again.

In this version Maul is better. The more ramp heavy versions tend to prefer vader
