When I was about a couple years older than Linc I spent the summer cutting lawns (I started cutting my lawn when I was 7) and sometime in September I saved enough to get my second RC car which was a Tyco Bandit. I sent that thing through the ringer and back. Had it up in the air (about 3 or 4 feet) and landing on cement and never ended up breaking it. So, I think the equivalent in today's RC cars would be a Traxxas Stampede, Bandit (funny they make a bandit) and a Rustler and they cost $180. The Tyco I bought was about $100 back in 1986. These cars are built pretty good and have all the replacement parts. They're also located in Texas and about 5 hours from ya.

I put an intercooled Procharger on my 97 Mustang Cobra three years ago. Not much boost, like 7lbs i get. But definitely worth it. Went from 270RWHP to 430RWHP. You will love it!
Normal tire smoke normally doesn't effect an engine to much, however dyed tires can. I remember RoadKill and General Maintenance and General Mayhem both doing burnouts with dyed tires next to each other and it screwed up General Maintenance from sitting in the cloud not moving just breathing it in.
Should've used a reverse rotation procharger so it pulls air from the front rather than pulling hot air from over the headers, especially since you're running it non intercooled
I was thinking the same. Some header wrap would definitely help with intake air temps.. especially since those headers will be glowing from the high rpms
I was going to say the same thing, since those burnout cars usually run their headers red hot due to the lack of movement. He will be compressing hot air into the engine which could lead to an early disaster.
