I think these two thought their "love surge" was going to be the next huge thing. But it was so ridiculous. Just watching her man behind shaking like that was super cringy.
Threats, Harassment, Slander, Cyberbullying way greater cringe than their Love Surge. Love Surge is easily ignorable. Threats, harassment, slander is easily concerning.
why do people care so damn much? Everyone is cringey in some regard, no one is exempt. I see shit on the internet that i find cringey, i move on. Because it just isn't that serious. Personally think it says more negative things about the people making an issue out of it. Grow up, move on. Other side of that coin is not crying at the mean comments on the internet after posting the video. It's the internet, it's to be expected. Grow a thicker skin. Both can do something to avoid a bad situation sparked out of nothing.
When people are in miserable relationships, the internet tells them to leave. When people are happy, the internet tries tearing them down. Misery loves company.
If ppl wanna put their personal stuff online then either make your accounts private or deal with the world and all of the comments that's a fact of life now.
Sharing stuff online is nice, but you don’t have to share EVERYTHING!!! It’s ok to have moments that are just between you & whoever the moment was shared w/, ya know, like it was BEFORE the internet!!! 😘
Like as weird as it might be like, this thing she posted is pretty harmless. I feel bad for her, but the whole sob thing like... if truly she felt what she was saying it wouldn't matter what others say. Let's be real.
My 60 yrs of thick skin would not prepare me for someone to tell me how I shud unalive myself. But I don't post vids either. Nobody wants to see this mess. 😊 I hope they are better, fr. Even if it was Very cringe.
i love this for them, i would personally never film or post myself doing this, but good for them. they’re clearly happy and in love with each other and even tho it’s a little cringey it’s still cute. i can understand a little teasing but there’s no reason to like bully this person. but yeah, posting it on the internet was a mistake, because people are so mean.
Posting anything online is also consenting to the opinions of those who see it. Some things don't need to be posted, like what cute and cringey shit you and your loved ones do in the comfort of your own home.
You don't EVER have to worry about what others think or say about you. Because it's not really about you, it's about THEM! We all judge others because it makes us feel better about ourselves. We don't realize it, but when we're being judgemental, it's personal; it's not about them, it's _all_ about _our_ shit.
We call them "high love moments" BUT we don't shake, hug, or post it on social media. It just is a verbal goosh of the high love feelings were having! We tell each other how much and why we love eachother for life.
The second time he said at least that we can’t watch the love surge because it really did look like a love squirt. But they should get such overwhelming hate. There needs to be an internet preparedness course taught in sixth grade and then 9 th grade
Aside from cringe there's nothing wrong with the video. They're just getting reactions from lonely angry people that won't be able to find that kind of happiness in their life, so they wish to tear that down.
I mean this is how couples act. They act goofy for fun when they are alone. They probably should have kept it to themselves. It’s too goofy for public content. But no reason for people to attack them. Also no reason to cry. Tough up and ignore or tell them to go ***k themselves.
I genuinely feel bad for her. But what was she thinking? What'd she think would happen? The cringe factor is the fact that she posted it for likes and attention. She got it! It even went viral lol
Isn't it interesting how youtubers who were exposed for grooming minors get more praise from their fans than people just posting something that's cringey.
Mostly I'm just jealous. They decided to post a private moment and most people have their own little special habits and rituals. I actually think this makes them extremely normal. These aren't the people you see on the news where one of them woke up one day and shot the other in the head for no reason. I think people felt like this moment was too close to being something akin to a private bathroom moment. I understand people being sensitive to perceived "cringe." But like I said, to me it's just a bummer I don't have what they have. I don't really care how they like to be affectionate. This is so much better than domestic abuse and terrible personality disorders.
OMG I never saw this TicToc before lmao. My husband and I call this a ‘love gush’ but we don’t shake mid-gush lol. However, we are married over 40 years so fk with me about our love gushes lolol
My husband and I are so damn cringey/coupley when we’re behind closed doors. Granted, I haven’t had the momentary lapse in judgement to think the internet would be kind to us if we posted it, but man the internet would be a lot cooler if people would just chill out. We’re all cringey sometimes, just keep scrolling if you’re feeling like an ass that day.
Relying on anonymous strangers to be kind is beyond naive. People are mean, if you can't handle that, and it's okay if you can't, don't put stuff out there. It's part of the reason why I don't do TikTok, Instagram, or whatever else is popular these days.
I'm honestly really surprised this got so much hate. Yeah, it's extremely cringy, but it's absolutely harmless. It's clearly one of those weird cringy things couples do when nobody's around, and therein lies the kind of sticking point, I think-they did it with millions of people staring at them while standing on a veritable stage in the middle of the world's public square, and then they were surprised when anonymity gave people the sense that it's okay to be hyper-abusive, when that's just the unfortunate nature of the internet. I'd be willing to wager there are a lot of people commenting with hate, who have their own weird cringy couple thing they do, but they just don't share it. At the end of the day, who cares. It seems like couples are always doing cringy, vomit-inducingly cutsey stuff like this in private. I think most people have done something approaching this in their relationships at some point or another. The hate is definitely unwarranted.
Dear Xeno, I look forward to your weekly posts. People joke, they sometimes disgree and even write things that support the insanity. You are important and (in my opinion) should be viewed by everyone. I would love to have you as a White House spokeperson. What used to be a serious position to explain actions or the reasons of the importance of why the President chooses to do certain things. It's turned into a trashy tabloid "gotcha" bunch of junk. I vote for Xeno to put it back into the right purpose it is supposed to serve...IMMEDIATELY!
People are so mean on the internet that I just expect the worst from the jump. I also can't take people who go out of their way to say the cruelest disproportionate crap possible seriously, because if you're miserable enough to give a stranger who has done nothing wrong THAT much of your energy, I can't help but pity you.
We are in a bad place that hate and vitriol is more acceptable than cringe. Why do soo many accept that is the way? Why? Why is silly, good, loving and cheesy stuff soo painful to soo many? Are soo many lacking? It is not just trolls… it is people saying they are to be expected. In physical life would we say everyone should expect hundreds of people running up and being vile in our face if we show any silliness or cringe? That that is the accepted reaction to our face?
Thanks for deciding to post this PSA, Charlie. You could have climbed on the cringe train and obliterated this couple, but you took the high road and made a pitcher of lemonade instead. Props, bro!
when I saw the video originally I cringed, of course but I kept scrolling and went on about my day. I find it incredibly unnecessary to take time out your day to say some negative shit to that extent, at that point it just excuses whatever cringey thing they did and makes YOU look like the weirdo for being soo heavily offended by something that was completely in your control to avoid (literally could've kept scrolling and forgot about it) but some people are miserable and must make you feel the same way behind the safety of their screen. because they'd NEVER dare to say those same words face to face. some people are strange.
A bit cringe? Definitely. But to give the woman a bit of defense, tho, yeah, it sounds like people went WAY over the edge with the vitriol and criticism towards her. Like, absolutely unwarranted. That all being said, I agree with the general point that she kinda needs to grow a thicker skin about posting online.
They were warned it was cringe, yet they still watched it. I don't see what they were expecting to find? I'm pretty sure all of us do something cringey with our partner, family, friends, pets, etc. But granted... we don't all film it and put it on the Internet for the whole public to see.
That sucks. It was a quick dumb intimate just between them thing they do, that should have stayed that way, but today a lot of people live on the internet. I feel bad for her because OF COURSE people will say mean things!! she not only warned people to prepare for the cringe but in the description she says SORRY for the cringe. Geez people suck.
The reason why it’s so cringe is him, he’s like a 12 yr old boy acting like a puppy, especially when she rubs his head. It just has weird vibes about it. People need to learn that they can just scroll on by.
Rule #1 of life in general - Don't even post too many cute photos of your relationship because people just want to see everyone else suffer, just like they are. I'm an older Millennial, been with husband for 16 years, married 14. I absolutely record goofy and omg cringey things, but they're kept for us. Gotta protect your assets. Fuck keeping up with the Jones- water your own lawn.
Does she really think that the people that make mean comments give half a shit about whether she cries? She literally gave them EXACTLY what they wanted 🙄
First of the all, the internet is a horrible place where anonymous keyboard warriors are privy to throwing mud at whatever. Second, people oughta keep their little “love surges” private.
"Love surge" - Yeah ummm... if you're the type of person that _needs_ a "love surge," you won't like the internet very much. It's cute, I _think?_ I don't know anymore, the internet has *ruined* me.
I don't even understand why people are hating on them.. they look cute together wtf. I don't think that was actually cringe. It looked genuine to me. She's so nice that she thinks the crying in front of the camera will help. I hope she learns how to defend her heart better.

As someone who doesn't like romantic stuff, I found this genuine and cute
I think these two thought their "love surge" was going to be the next huge thing. But it was so ridiculous. Just watching her man behind shaking like that was super cringy.
Umm this is not cringy at all how where? It’s a joyful hug 🤗
Yeah, it's less cringe than most of social media.
It is cringey calling a normal *HUG* something stupid 😂
Threats, Harassment, Slander, Cyberbullying way greater cringe than their Love Surge. Love Surge is easily ignorable. Threats, harassment, slander is easily concerning.
Ew. Found another cringe lord swooning for attention.
It's cringey to post it on the Internet.
why do people care so damn much? Everyone is cringey in some regard, no one is exempt. I see shit on the internet that i find cringey, i move on. Because it just isn't that serious. Personally think it says more negative things about the people making an issue out of it. Grow up, move on. Other side of that coin is not crying at the mean comments on the internet after posting the video. It's the internet, it's to be expected. Grow a thicker skin.
Both can do something to avoid a bad situation sparked out of nothing.
It’s called a hug 😂
When people are in miserable relationships, the internet tells them to leave. When people are happy, the internet tries tearing them down.
Misery loves company.
Ahh.. she's an empath. She can't handle this cruel world. She was being cute.
What is all this hate about? What is wrong wiht the original video? I thought it is kind of cute.
Same here! I didn’t even think it was cringe.
It’s actually nice to see a couple that loves each other that much. They are very lucky and ai hope they keep that love in a very long marriage.
It amazes me when people post their life on the Internet and then are shocked when everyone doesn't completely kiss their ass and affirm them
Or people should just not say anything instead of hatred but SM has really destroyed normal one on one in person interaction.😊
Threats of violence in reaction to her video should be shocking.
Like as weird as it might be like, this thing she posted is pretty harmless. I feel bad for her, but the whole sob thing like... if truly she felt what she was saying it wouldn't matter what others say. Let's be real.
All the mean comments were definitely from lonely angry people. They are already being punished by just existing.
0:41 No, I’m absolutely NOT guilty of posting shit like this- speak for yourself! 😳
She's basically embarrassing herself
My 60 yrs of thick skin would not prepare me for someone to tell me how I shud unalive myself. But I don't post vids either. Nobody wants to see this mess. 😊 I hope they are better, fr. Even if it was Very cringe.
I think the people who went after her are horrible human beings and I hate that I now know how horrible so many people are.
i love this for them, i would personally never film or post myself doing this, but good for them. they’re clearly happy and in love with each other and even tho it’s a little cringey it’s still cute. i can understand a little teasing but there’s no reason to like bully this person. but yeah, posting it on the internet was a mistake, because people are so mean.
Posting anything online is also consenting to the opinions of those who see it. Some things don't need to be posted, like what cute and cringey shit you and your loved ones do in the comfort of your own home.
Why are people so hateful when other people are happy?!
The sob video she definitely planned to do. She knew people weren’t going to like the first one.
This is adorable. Of course the chronically bitter and single folks online would harass the hell out of her.
That’s sad the hate really made her sad. If you post something just don’t give a fuck if it’s something you really wanna post… girl needs a love surge
I genuinely feel bad for her. But what was she thinking? What'd she think would happen? The cringe factor is the fact that she posted it for likes and attention. She got it! It even went viral lol
I woulda kept that one to ourselves. Because I can read a room.
Isn't it interesting how youtubers who were exposed for grooming minors get more praise from their fans than people just posting something that's cringey.
The internet is a harsh, brutal place to be in. Trust me, I've experienced that before
Mostly I'm just jealous.
The internet is a pretty jacked up place, can't post everything online unless you have your emotions in check and got nerves of steel...
Yes it is crringe. But it doesnt say anything good about the people that felt the need to post ugly things to her. Social media is full of losers.
Whew, she was NOT ready for the Internet and social media.
OMG I never saw this TicToc before lmao. My husband and I call this a ‘love gush’ but we don’t shake mid-gush lol. However, we are married over 40 years so fk with me about our love gushes lolol
Social media is a double edged sword
I do find it cringe, but if they like it, then what does it matter? Be an adult, ignore it, and move on.
I mean it is cringe, she knows it is cringe, but at least they have someone they love and someone that loves them. Just don't post it online
Sometimes being in love is cringey. People just need to accept that and get over it
Jfc. God forbid two people find happiness with each other.
That’s messed up
People are miserable
Relying on anonymous strangers to be kind is beyond naive. People are mean, if you can't handle that, and it's okay if you can't, don't put stuff out there. It's part of the reason why I don't do TikTok, Instagram, or whatever else is popular these days.
1:38 This is what I do to my parents and family members all the time, similar to what we call it gemas in Indonesia where we hug them a ton.
This is why you don't need to show every facet of your life to strangers unless you can accept the good and the bad.
SM has really ruined normal in person social interaction and say things online they wouldn't say online.
In my day we called this a bear hug...
That's all?? I'm confused. Yeah it was a little cringey but definitely not viral worthy or worth telling her to unalive herself! Wtf
I actually found this wholesome. Yeah it’s a little cringey, but I truly enjoy seeing people happy. Warms my cold, dead heart.
So it's cringe now to show your partner how much you love them? Jfc.I'd KILL for a partner like that.
It seemed like they were just in a happy place in their relationship and wanted to express it in weird ways there was no need to be nasty about it
People are so mean on the internet that I just expect the worst from the jump. I also can't take people who go out of their way to say the cruelest disproportionate crap possible seriously, because if you're miserable enough to give a stranger who has done nothing wrong THAT much of your energy, I can't help but pity you.
I thought it was adorable we all have our own love language.
I don't think was cringe I thought it was two people who love each other. I think people who think this is cringe are hateful inmoral people.
Social media will always have haters regardless if its positive or negative.
She didn’t do anything wrong but, i hate plastering videos of every moment of someone’s life.
The commenters sending her hate are just mad that they have no one to love surge.
I may make comments and jokes on cringe but I wouldn't want to shame someone for cringe.
Does she really think that the people that make mean comments give half a shit about whether she cries? She literally gave them EXACTLY what they wanted 🙄
Who would make it worse? Awful
Both videos are definitely cringy to myself, but they don't deserve hateful attacks, just try to forget you saw it 😂.
Wasn’t that big of a deal. When it ended I was like “that’s it?” Probably a lot of bitterness from those who criticized it
Their love surge is my dry heave.
I can’t help it. I’m glad she’s crying. I’m wrong for that, and I know it.
I don't even understand why people are hating on them.. they look cute together wtf. I don't think that was actually cringe. It looked genuine to me. She's so nice that she thinks the crying in front of the camera will help. I hope she learns how to defend her heart better.
